WHAT IS RAPID ASSAULT TACTICS (R.A.T.)?

Rapid Assault Tactics (R.A.T.) is a groundbreaking technique, offering a streamlined approach developed by renowned street-fighting expert Paul Vunak. This powerful method is designed to end a street fight quickly, gaining recognition even from the elite Navy SEAL Team 6.

Paul Vunak, hailed as the “world’s most dangerous man” by Black Belt magazine, is a prominent figure in the martial arts. Renowned for his calm demeanor and soft-spoken nature, Vunak has a history of teaching street-fighting skills and training even the formidable SEAL Team 6.

The R.A.T. Technique:
The R.A.T. is a trifecta of moves – Pain, Pressure, Terminate – devised by Vunak to overwhelm opponents physically and emotionally. This technique, derived from the principles of Jeet Kune Do, is known for its simplicity and devastating effectiveness. It contains the Jeet Kune Do “Battle Plan” and is inspired by Bruce Lee.

ENTRY – PAIN:
Intercept the opponent and/or destroy their limbs.
Change the opponent’s emotional state from aggression to focusing on their pain.

PRESSURE:
Utilize the “straight blast”
Overwhelm the opponent with a series of blows down the centerline.
Make it very difficult for the opponent to strike back or maintain balance.

TERMINATE: (optional phase)
Use formidable weapons of the human body such as headbutts, elbows, and knees.
Ensure the opponent is incapacitated and unable to continue the fight.
