One way to explore the existence of God is through logic and evidence.
The case of the Prophet Daniel.
For example, consider the prophecy of Daniel. He foretold that the Jewish people would first return from captivity and rebuild Jerusalem and the Temple. Then, an “Anointed One” (the Messiah) would appear but be rejected. After that, both the city and the Temple would be destroyed again.
Remarkably, all of these events had occurred by 70 A.D., aligning precisely with the life, death, and rejection of Jesus of Nazareth—affirming Him as the Jewish Messiah. If Daniel was truly a prophet, then Jesus must be the Messiah he foretold.
Non-Biblical Proof of Jesus’ Existence
NOTE: This does not mean that the conventional interpretation of the Gospel is entirely correct. God made man—but man, in turn, tried to remake God in his own image. Do your research on this as well. Go past the dogma of inherited beliefs and discover the truth.
For example, the Second Council of Constantinople in 553 AD when the teaching on reincarnation was rejected. Also look into the teachings of the Eastern masters whom Jesus visited during his “lost years,” particularly in India.
India has done a remarkable job preserving the hidden, universal teachings underlying all religions, along with the techniques for achieving self-realization (the kingdom of God).
The Miracle of the Sun.
A more recent sign is the Miracle of the Sun, witnessed by a crowd estimated between 30,000 and 100,000 people in 1917. Eyewitnesses reported the sun “dancing,” emitting multicolored light, zigzagging, and appearing to plunge toward the earth.
This extraordinary event was foretold in advance by the Virgin Mary, according to the children at Fátima. Were the 30,000 to 100,000 people who witnessed this event smoking something? Mass hallucination? I think not.
All the experiences I have told you about are scientifically attainable. If you follow the spiritual laws, the result is certain.

Test spiritual claims through direct experience.
And then, there’s the approach the Buddha recommended: test spiritual claims through direct experience. He taught that one should not accept teachings based on tradition, scripture, or authority alone, but should examine whether they lead to wisdom and inner freedom. When something proves true in your own life, only then should it be embraced.
You can explore this path also, drugs not required. This recent article from Harvard highlights how meditation and yoga can lead to altered states and profound insight—just as the Buddha described: Altered states of consciousness through yoga, mindfulness more common than thought.
There’s more, but just one of these three examples should be evidence enough.
God is real and so is Self-Realization.
