One weekend at a gathering, someone asked me if I practice Ahimsa—non-violence. As a Yogi, I do. But let’s be real: the world is not yet ready for Ahimsa. Evil still walks the earth. There are those who would attack the harmless, manipulate the weak, steal from the defenseless—or worse. I know, because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to suffer.
That is why I train in martial arts. Not out of ego. Not to seek fights. But to stand as a shield against injustice. To protect myself. To protect others. To prevent damage before it begins. And I teach others the same—so they too can defend themselves, protect the weak, uplift the fallen, and cultivate a strength guided by wisdom.
Martial arts is not just kicking and punching—it is a way of navigating life. It’s how you face difficult people such as coworkers, demanding customers, and daily challenges with clarity, strategy, and emotional intelligence. Every day becomes a battlefield, a living Bhagavad Gita—Kurukshetra (कुरुक्षेत्र), the Cross—where the true fight is within. Martial arts trains not only the body, but the spirit.
On the world stage, even leaders are sometimes forced to act—not for conquest, but to restore balance—as we saw with Trump and the Iran–Israel ceasefire. The truth is simple: the world is not yet ready for universal non-violence.
So I remain the Warrior-Yogi.
Better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener caught in a war.
True mastery requires knowing both shadow and light. We prepare for battle—but always aim for peace. This is the way of the modern spiritual warrior.
This age is not yet ready for ahimsa (nonviolence). Therefore, be prepared to defend oneself, others, and country, not with ego, but with love.
I fight like Christ—with love in my heart, never hatred.
If you fight with anger and hatred you poison yourself and the enemy wins.
“The true warrior does NOT fight for ego or vengeance, but for duty—with love in his heart, clarity in his mind, and divine purpose in his soul. He sees God even in his enemy, and strikes only to protect, never to hate.”
Trump compared his upcoming Alaska summit with Putin to a “chess game”, saying there’s a 25% chance it could fail to advance peace talks on Ukraine. He hopes it will lead to a second meeting with Putin and Zelenskyy to negotiate a deal, possibly involving give-and-take on land and boundaries—something Ukraine and its allies oppose.
There is an invisible war between Godless Marxism and the free world—most people don’t even see it. The end game? Total control, worship of the state—not Jesus, not Adonai, not Buddha, not Krishna—while stripping away free will and human rights.
And here’s the thing: God exists… so what dark force do you think is pulling the strings behind Marxism? Think about that.
Capitalism: “The worst economic system—except for all the others.” – Churchill
Like it or not, Trump knows what he’s doing, and he’s fighting this war. Yes, it’s a chess game—and so is most of life. I know this because of martial arts.
What? You thought martial arts was just mindless kick, punch, grapple like the UFC? No—when practiced with intelligence, it’s far deeper. You study masters like Sun Tzu, Clausewitz, Musashi—names the average Westerner may not recognize or care about—to their own detriment.
Countless martial artists—perhaps even hundreds of thousands—have met and trained with the legendary “Superfoot” Bill Wallace. But how many truly learned the essence of what he teaches?
Though I haven’t had the honor of meeting him in person, I’ve studied his system and spoken with those who trained under him. From a distance, one truth stands out—and I believe many may have overlooked it:
✅ Turn weakness into strength. After a judo injury damaged his right leg, Wallace didn’t quit—he adapted. His left leg became his primary weapon, and what began as a limitation became legendary. It was clocked at 60 mph.
✅ Simplicity + Focus = Power. Instead of chasing complexity, he refined a few tools to surgical precision. This kind of discipline and clarity is rare.
✅ Deception is key. Like Sun Tzu taught, the art of war is the art of deception. Wallace embodied this with his set ups—using one leg to dominate most of his opponents.
His genius wasn’t just physical—it was strategic. Like Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do, Wallace’s method focused on simplicity.
And with boxing fundamentals added to his arsenal, he became a true hybrid—fast, efficient, and dangerous.
The lesson? Mastery isn’t about having more. It’s about doing more with LESS.
At RATsynthesis.com, we live by that same principle: Less is MORE.
We don’t overwhelm you with hundreds of techniques. We help you master the 40 that matter—deeply, decisively, and strategically.
Visit RATsynthesis.com and learn how to become a strategic warrior—on the streets, and in life. It’s time to train smart. Move with clarity. Strike with purpose.
STRATEGIC CONSCIOUSNESS: UNLOCK THE SCIENCE OF VICTORY
Most people don’t realize they’re in a game. And that’s exactly why they keep losing.
They get checkmated in relationships. Outmaneuvered at work. Trapped in emotional loops, crisis cycles, and spiritual stagnation. And they never understand why.
They’re trying to win at life with no strategy. No training. No inner game.
They’re trying to fight a Grandmaster—called Reality—without even knowing how to move the pieces.
⚔️ THE PROBLEM: YOU’RE IN A STRATEGIC BATTLEFIELD… AND YOU’RE UNARMED
Whether you’re dealing with a heated argument, a business setback, a health collapse, or a spiritual crisis—the problem isn’t just what you’re facing.
The problem is how you’re thinking about it.
You react instead of respond. You clash when you should flow. You freeze when you should strike. You chase when you should anchor.
You’re living like it’s checkers… But life is chess.
And chess requires something far more than hustle, strength, or good intentions.
It requires Strategic Consciousness.
🧠 WHAT IS STRATEGIC CONSCIOUSNESS?
Strategic Consciousness is the awakened capacity to perceive, plan, and act with higher awareness.
It’s:
Seeing the full board of life—not just the next move.
Understanding patterns, not just reacting to events.
Responding from centered clarity, not emotional chaos.
Aligning every move with your highest mission, not just chasing wins.
In other words, it’s martial arts for the mind and soul. It’s life mastery—played like a Grandmaster.
⚠️ WHY MOST PEOPLE NEVER ATTAIN IT
Because they’ve been trained to think in fragments.
Spirituality in one box.
Business in another.
Relationships over here.
Crisis over there.
Martial arts… maybe never.
But life doesn’t play by categories. Life attacks wherever you’re weak.
And without a unified system—a strategy that bridges the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—you remain vulnerable.

This is the Age of Energy—Dwapara Yuga. The battlefield is everywhere. So must your awareness be.
Successful warriors and teams address the problem before the meeting even begins, while struggling warriors and teams dive in unprepared and scramble to fix it afterward.
🔓 READ THE BOOK. UNLOCK THE CODE. BECOME THE MASTER.
The Way of the Warrior-Sage isn’t theory. It’s action. It’s transformation. It’s your ascension playbook for dominating every arena with soul.
Master yourself. Master the moment. Master the world.
The Buddha declared that all is on fire—burning with the flames of lust, greed, power, craving, and delusion.
Humanity is consumed by selfish desire, the great enemy, trapped in the endless cycle of samsara—birth, death, and rebirth—chasing fleeting pleasures that never truly satisfy.
This restless pursuit binds us to suffering and blinds us to the deeper truth: Nirvana—unshakable peace and fulfillment beyond selfish desire. It is the Kingdom of Heaven within, as Christ revealed.
This is the world today: everywhere we look, people are chasing temporary dopamine hits, comfort, and distraction.
Too busy for God.
But few are going deep.
Yet the world is not merely chaos—it is a mirror, a classroom, a crucible. Its purpose is to help us awaken.
The Buddhas and Saints have already come—Christ, Krishna, Buddha, Yogananda, Lao Tzu, Rumi. Their teachings remain.
Now, each of us must take responsibility for our inner work, to go beyond the ego and remember who we truly are: an infinite Soul.
“Change yourself and you have done your part in changing the world”– Yogananda
All is well.
Carrie Underwood & Michael W Smith Sing “All Is Well”-Song Only (CMA Country Christmas)
Delusion Does Not Work
This world is designed to disillusion you— to burn away the false and awaken the real.
In the end, the world always disappoints. Satan never keeps his promises. But God always keeps His.
The fire will either purify or consume— the choice is yours.
Let it awaken you, not destroy you. Let it reveal what cannot be burned—your eternal Self.
Love does not coerce.
God waits patiently, until each soul is ready to remember… and return.
The story of the prodigal son.
Christ, Buddha, and the Saints open the door— but you must walk through it.
“The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.” — Sun Tzu
There is a war unfolding—one that is not fought with tanks or missiles, but with memes, narratives, and algorithms. It is a war waged not on battlefields, but in the hearts, minds, and souls of humanity. This is the Marxist war against the free world, a global psychological and spiritual offensive cloaked in the language of justice, equality, and progress.
Marxism: A Godless Ideology Masquerading as Liberation
At its core, Marxism rejects God. It denies the divine spark in the human soul, reducing life to material conditions and class struggle. There is no higher moral authority, no spiritual compass—only the dialectic, the Party, and the pursuit of power. It offers not freedom but servitude to the State, not truth but manipulation, not love but resentment.
While it claims to fight for the oppressed, Marxism does not uplift—it inverts. It seeks to dethrone God and enthrone man, but not the divine man of Christ-consciousness or awakened spirit—rather, the bitter, envious man ruled by fear and control. It promises heaven but delivers bondage.
The New Battlefield: Minds and Media
Psychological operations, or PSYOPs, are planned military or political activities designed to influence the emotions, motives, reasoning, and behavior of foreign governments, organizations, groups, and individuals. They are a form of information warfare aimed at achieving specific objectives, often by shaping perceptions and attitudes to favor a particular outcome.
Gone are the days of open revolution with flags and slogans. Today’s Marxist warfare is covert, psychological, and digital. Social media platforms have become weapons of influence—tools not of connection but manipulation. Through relentless propaganda, censorship, and algorithmic bias, the ideological foot soldiers of neo-Marxism have infiltrated our culture, shaping minds while disguising their intentions behind hashtags and trends.
Sun Tzu said the greatest victory is the one achieved without direct conflict. That is precisely what we are witnessing: a slow erosion of values, faith, and freedom—without a shot fired. The battlefield is your screen. The weapon is your attention.
The Goal: Total Control
Make no mistake—this is not about justice. It’s about control. Under Marxism’s modern guise—whether through critical theory, identity politics, or collectivist agendas—individual liberty is dismantled. Traditional family structures, spiritual practices, and national identity are branded as oppressive relics of the past. Everything sacred is deconstructed. Everything stable is destabilized.
And once the soul is disoriented, and truth becomes relative, the population becomes ripe for subjugation—not through force, but through consent. Slavery, wrapped in the language of progress.
Free will is important. God allows it. Marxism does not.
“Capitalism is the worst economic system, except for all the others.” – Churchill
In a fallen world, with controls, checks and measures, capitalism is the best system we have.
Attacks, economic disruption, and supply sabotage are massive psychological warfare campaigns designed to:
Instill fear and uncertainty on a global scale.
Break down trust in governments, institutions, and social bonds.
Condition populations to accept loss of freedoms in exchange for “security.”
Divide and conquer by polarizing societies and amplifying chaos.
Shift the narrative to make authoritarian control seem like the only “solution.”
Without a strong opposing superpower, the oppressive Marxist countries face little accountability — enabling them to act without meaningful consequences for human rights abuses, territorial aggression, or global influence operations.
Indirect attacks and psyops are strategic tools to destabilize nations, create fear, and shift global power. They weaken economies, erode trust in institutions, and make populations more dependent and controllable. As the U.S. grows vulnerable, the Marxists gain dominance—spreading its godless, authoritarian model worldwide. This isn’t just politics; it’s a spiritual war between freedom and control, truth and deception, good and evil.
It’s a sophisticated, invisible battlefield — where the war is fought in minds, emotions, and perceptions more than on physical fronts.
The Response: Awaken. Resist. Rise.
You cannot fight the demon with the demon’s methods. We must not fight hatred with hatred, or ignorance with ignorance. But we must see clearly. We must recognize that this is not merely a cultural shift—it is a spiritual war. The antidote to Marxism is not more politics—it is truth, faith, wisdom, and courage.
Return to God.
Reclaim your mind.
Speak the truth, even if your voice shakes.
Build strong families, strong communities, and strong souls.
This is not just a call to resist—it is a call to remember who we are: divine beings, born free, not to be enslaved by systems of control but to live in alignment with truth, justice, and love.
The war is here. The time is now.
Stand for God. Stand for freedom. And never kneel to lies disguised as liberation.

“Holiness Consists Simply In Doing God’s Will, And Being Just What God Wants Us To Be.”
— St. Therese Of Lisieux
In a world that glorifies ego, self-interest, and external validation, the path of dying to self may seem like a paradox—yet it is the most liberating journey you can ever take. To die to self is not a physical death, but the surrender of pride, control, selfish desire, and personal agenda. It is the conscious choice to align your will with the divine, to become a vessel through which love, truth, and healing can flow into the world.
This is the path of the angelic warrior.
What It Means to Die to Self
I die so that You may live through me
Dying to self is a process of transformation. It means letting go of the false identity—the one shaped by fear, greed, trauma, or ambition—and awakening to your true nature as a soul created in the image of God. Whether you call this God Christ, Source, the Divine, Krishna, Buddha, or your Higher Self, the essence is the same: a return to the purity of love and service.
Jesus said, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.” (Luke 9:23)
This isn’t a call to misery—it’s a call to transcendence. In denying the lower self, we rise in the higher self. In surrendering our will, we discover God’s greater will moving through us. And when that happens, we no longer live for ourselves—we live for something far greater: the healing and redemption of the world.
Serving Christ in the World
To serve Christ—or the Christ-consciousness that exists within us all—is to embody divine compassion, humility, and courage. It means standing for truth even when it’s unpopular, choosing love when hatred is easier, and helping others when you’d rather serve yourself.
You become a light in the darkness. A warrior not of bloodshed, but of peace. A guardian not of doctrines, but of hearts.
This doesn’t mean you have to be perfect. It means you are willing. Willing to be broken open so that something higher can emerge. Willing to let your ego die so your soul can live. Willing to say, “Not my will, but Yours be done.”
The Angelic Warrior
The angelic warrior is not merely a metaphor—it is a living archetype that exists within each of us. This is the part of you that remembers your divine origin, your mission, and your duty to defend the sacred.
To be an angelic warrior means:
You fight not with fists, but with forgiveness.
You do not seek revenge, but reconciliation.
You speak truth, even when your voice shakes.
You protect the vulnerable, lift the fallen, and challenge the wicked—not with hate, but with holiness.
Angelic warriors operate in unseen realms as well. Through prayer, meditation, and inner purity, they send ripples of light into the collective consciousness. Your inner work—your healing, your surrender, your discipline—has cosmic consequences.
When you conquer your own darkness, you help dissolve the darkness of the world.
The Daily Battle
Every day is a battlefield between the old self and the new. Between the desire for comfort and the call to courage. Between the voice of fear and the whisper of faith.
Dying to self is not a one-time event—it’s a daily decision. And yet, each time you choose the higher path, it becomes easier. You begin to see the fruits: peace that surpasses understanding, joy not based on circumstance, and the quiet power of walking with God.
The Greater Good and Divine Plan
The world needs more angelic warriors—those who have chosen the narrow road of service, humility, and inner mastery. When you die to the small self, you rise in the greatness God intended for you.
You were not born to blend in. You were born to become a force of divine light.
Every act of service, every prayer, every moment of stillness, and every time you choose love over fear—you advance the Kingdom. Whether seen or unseen, your impact matters.
Final Words
To die to self is to be reborn in spirit.
To serve the greater good is to become the hands and heart of God on Earth.
To be an angelic warrior is to remember who you truly are.
So lay down the sword of ego, and pick up the armor of love. Surrender not to weakness, but to greatness. Walk forward in faith—not to escape the world, but to transform it.
You are not alone. The angels walk with you.
And Heaven is watching.
Saint Michael, often referred to as Archangel Michael, is a prominent figure in Abrahamic religions, particularly Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. This is the round where warriors rise. Where the broken become unbreakable. Where defeat dies and destiny takes over.
The crowd may doubt. The odds may lie. But this is YOUR round. Your comeback. Your purpose. Your victory.
CHAMPIONS DON’T QUIT. THEY STRIKE BACK. Let the bell ring. It’s time to finish what you started.
7 MONTHS OF RAT SYNTHESIS. 44 YEARS IN THE TRENCHES.
It’s been 7 months since the inception of RAT Synthesis™—but the planning has been decades in the making.
I built this system for one purpose: To end street fights and life crises in seconds, not rounds. To teach you how to use martial arts to succeed in life—not just inside the dojo, not just for competition, but for real.
This isn’t lip service. I lived it. 35 years in cutthroat corporate America. Navigating boardrooms like battlegrounds. Mastering the art of physical, mental, and spiritual warfare.
Now I’m here to pass it on—to you.
SIFU MATT RUSSO, FOUNDER
What Is RAT Synthesis™?
RAT Synthesis is the evolution of Rapid Assault Tactics™, expanded and upgraded for modern warriors. It’s a fusion of:
Bruce Lee’s street fighting genius
Mike Tyson’s explosive pressure
The Kung Fu legend Denis Decker’s strategic dominance
Bruce Lee didn’t win with size—he won with precision, speed, and intelligence. Now imagine you, bigger and stronger than Bruce, armed with his principles and more.
This is the system I wish I had in 1980, when I started training at 13 years old. I’m now 58. But like in The Wizard of Oz, I had to go through the journey to discover and believe it myself.
Why It Works for Real People
We’re not training for the UFC. We’re training for the street. For life. For survival. There are no weight classes in real life. No refs. No second chances.
And the older you get, the smarter your strategy needs to be.
Our 3 steady students at Water Street Wellness in Englishtown, NJ, get it. They know that brute force isn’t the answer—precision and strategy are. The longer a fight goes, the higher the odds you or your loved ones don’t walk away.
That’s why we train to end it fast. No hesitation. No wasted motion. No ego.
Victory at any age.
Lessons from the Field
I’ve had teenagers come in obsessed with sport MMA. They didn’t understand that street fighting is different. They wanted to spar. Trade blows. Bang. But if you’re older, slower, or outmatched—banging is mindless. It’s suicide.
I’ve had women attend a class or two, but many didn’t return. One cited injury—not from class, but from elsewhere. I respect that. Healing comes first. But the door is always open.
I’ve had others observe, ecstatically agree … and disappear. This path isn’t for everyone. But the ones who stay? They’re the ones who get it.
Like the big, muscular man in his 50s who came last night. He trained hard, fought hard, but knew he couldn’t win in the local boxing gym anymore. Too young. Too fast. Too dangerous.
But with RAT Synthesis™, he saw a way. A strategy. A system. A real path to victory—not just in fights, but in life.
It’s Your Turn
If you’re a man over 25 and you get it—if you’re tired of illusions, tired of playing someone else’s game…
Come train with me.
If you’re ready to train in a system designed for real people with real lives — not ring fighters — come experience RAT Synthesis™ for yourself. Because your life is worth defending. And you can win—but only if you stop training and fighting the wrong way.
This is Round 10. Time to strike back. Time to finish what you started.

Learn how to End street fights in seconds — and master life beyond combat.
In today’s world, danger doesn’t give you a warning. It doesn’t wait until you’re ready. That’s why your best weapon isn’t just strength or speed — it’s strategy, awareness, and preparation. Fear vanishes when you train your mind and body to respond with clarity and control.
Here are 3 powerful ways to handle a street confrontation — not with panic or brute force, but with poise, intelligence, and real-world tactics.
1. 🧠 Avoid It Like a Master Strategist
The best fight is the one you never have to fight.
Sun Tzu taught:
“To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill.”
Avoiding a confrontation doesn’t mean cowardice — it means you’re thinking like a warrior, not a brawler. Here’s how:
Watch your tone and body language. Don’t escalate ego battles. Speak calmly, confidently, and respectfully. Even if they don’t.
Be aware of your environment. Avoid dark alleys, suspicious crowds, and walking alone with headphones in at night.
Scan and assess. Look for exits. Trust your instincts. If something feels off, it probably is.
Fear fades when you have a clear strategy to walk away with power, not panic.
2. 🔦 Carry Legal Self-Defense Tools
Tactical Flashlight
Kubotan
If trouble finds you — be ready.
In New Jersey, tactical flashlights and Kubotans are generally legal to carry. These tools are small, discreet, and extremely effective when used correctly.
Tactical Flashlight: Shine it directly into an aggressor’s eyes. It can temporarily blind or disorient them, giving you critical seconds to escape or strike.
Kubotan: A small, keychain-sized pressure weapon. Use one with a flat tip. Avoid pointed tips — they can puncture and enrage the attacker, making the situation worse. When wielded with accuracy, it can target vital points on the hands, face, or ribs. Combine that with movement, and you can disable an attacker and escape fast.
⚠️ Important Legal Note: New Jersey law doesn’t explicitly mention Kubotans, which can create legal ambiguity. While they are typically considered non-lethal, some jurisdictions may classify them as offensive weapons depending on how they’re used or carried. Check with your local authorities.
If you’re protecting a loved one — like your child or elderly parent — escape isn’t always an option. You’ll need to fight with precision and end it quickly.
3. 🥊 Train in a Tactical System Like RAT Synthesis™
No one rises to the occasion — you fall to the level of your training.
That’s why I created the RAT Synthesis™ Fighting System — a fast, efficient, and brutally effective method based on real-world combat scenarios. You don’t need years of traditional martial arts. You need months of focused tactical training to handle 80% of street-level threats.
This system teaches you to:
Strike vital points with speed and aggression
End fights in seconds, not rounds
Build indestructible mental clarity and confidence
Sun Tzu said it best:
“There is no instance of a nation benefiting from prolonged warfare.”
If you’re smaller, older, slower, or outnumbered — you can’t afford to go “toe-to-toe.” You must win fast or escape smart. RAT Synthesis trains you for both.
⚔️ FINAL WORD
Street confrontations are never fair. They’re never clean. But when you cultivate awareness, carry the right tools, and train your body and mind like a warrior, fear becomes a choice — and power becomes your nature.
If you’re ready to train in a system designed for real people with real lives — not ring fighters — come experience RAT Synthesis™ for yourself. Because your life is worth defending.
Train Hard. Think Sharp. Live Free.
