“O house-builder, you are seen. You will build no house again.” – Buddha
The Illusion of Incompleteness
“I am whole. Whatever comes, comes. Whatever doesn’t, doesn’t. I am enough.”
Yet the senses whisper otherwise. They lure us into believing: “I need more before I can be whole.” This is the trap—the endless chase for completion through sights, sounds, tastes, touches, and thoughts.
The Buddha named the architect of this trap: the house-builder.Craving. Desire. The force that keeps reconstructing the illusion of incompleteness.
The House of Identity
Craving builds the house of identity. It raises walls of ego, endless projects, the chase, the cycle of becoming.
Craving builds the house of incompleteness, which is illusion. Ego dwells inside.
See the builder—break the rafters. Freedom remains.
When the builder is seen, the rafters of desire are broken, the ridgepole of ignorance shattered. The house collapses. What endures is freedom—the mind resting in the unconditioned.
Stepping Out of the Cycle
To say “I’ve had enough” is not apathy. It is clarity.
It is the refusal to let craving construct another structure to inhabit, suffer in, maintain, or chase after. It is the moment you stop running and notice:
You do not need a large bank account to be whole.
You do not need external validation to be at peace.
You do not need the next achievement to feel real.
This is spiritual recognition: the desire-driven self is not who you truly are.
The Trap of the Senses
The senses promise fulfillment, but they deliver only the illusion of incompleteness. Hand grasps water—it slips away. The chase continues, the house rebuilt, the ego dwelling inside.
But when you see the builder, desire, the trap dissolves. You realize: You are already complete. Any sense of lack is only illusion.
⚔ Training Reflection
Craving builds.
Ego inhabits.
See the builder.
Break the rafters.
Freedom endures.
Closing Resonance
The trap of the senses is ancient, but the way out is immediate. It is not found in more, but in seeing clearly. The house of incompleteness is illusion. You are already whole.
“Let us begin not with the present, but with the past. With Rome—the eternal empire. For over a thousand years, it ruled the known world. From 27 BCE to 476 CE in the West, and until 1453 CE in the East. Its dominance was not luck—its mastery through engineering, military innovation, and strategic governance made it unstoppable.”
“History would have you believe that Rome fell to barbarian invasions. In truth, it crumbled from within—after centuries of decay. The rot began when the very pillars that made Rome great were forgotten. Division replaced unity. Purpose gave way to indulgence. The enemy never needed to storm the gates… because the gates were left open from within.”
“Sun Tzu warned us: ‘If your enemy is superior, evade him. If he is united, divide him. If he is prepared, deceive him.’ The greatest victory is not in battle—it is in breaking the will to fight.”
“China listened. In 1972, they opened their gates—not to surrender, but to learn. They set their sights on becoming a top-tier power. They recognized their weakness, saw our strength, and began the long game.”
“They sent students, not soldiers. Engineers, not tanks. They didn’t need to conquer—they needed to learn. And once they learned… they applied the lessons.”
“They now have the best factories, the fastest railways, the Belt and Road Initiative, the largest navy in the world—and something far more dangerous: a winning strategy.”
“They stole intellectual property, reverse-engineered our technology, and embedded chips like sleeping agents to infiltrate America. They used our greed for cheap products to position themselves not as an enemy, but as a business partner—gaining strength to rival the American way of life. They wanted the U.S. dependent on their labor and technology. They watched us chase comfort—and they chased control.”
“Taiwan now holds the world’s chip supply. China wants it—not for land, but for leverage. And while others debate, they prepare. While others entertain, they infiltrate. While others forget, they remember.”
“In 1979, China invaded Vietnam with over 500,000 troops. But they were met by warriors—seasoned, scarred, sovereign. The Chinese learned that numbers mean nothing without spirit. That terrain belongs to those who know it. That victory belongs to those who endure.”
“They adapted from the lessons of Vietnam. They evolved their war strategy. Unlike Japan in World War II, China focused on laying the foundation first. They played the long game.”
“They lead the world by building supersonic trains and hydroelectric plants. They dominate the world through rare earth minerals. They send balloons into our skies—not to bomb, but to watch, to test, to humiliate.”
“This is not a war of bullets. It is a war of beliefs. A war of values. A war of vision.”
“One system is rooted in Godless Marxism—where the state is supreme and the soul is suppressed. This is not just a clash of nations; it is a battle for the soul of the individual. The other system stands for liberty, faith, and spiritual sovereignty.”
“This is not just about nations it is about the soul of the individual. The mind. The discipline. The clarity. Because the same greedy forces that rot empires… rot men. And the same strategy that builds nations… builds warriors.”
“So the question is this: Will we be Rome at its peak—or Rome in its fall? Will we be the distracted empire—or the disciplined legion? Will we be the conquered—or the conqueror of self?”
“We do not sleep. We do not kneel. We do not forget. We rise. We train. We remember.”
“Change your thinking. Transform your life. And let freedom ring—not just in the halls of power, but in the chambers of your soul.”
“The long game is already underway—join us in breaking the chains that hold us back. Now, it’s our move.”
Trump compared his upcoming Alaska summit with Putin to a “chess game”, saying there’s a 25% chance it could fail to advance peace talks on Ukraine. He hopes it will lead to a second meeting with Putin and Zelenskyy to negotiate a deal, possibly involving give-and-take on land and boundaries—something Ukraine and its allies oppose.
There is an invisible war between Godless Marxism and the free world—most people don’t even see it. The end game? Total control, worship of the state—not Jesus, not Adonai, not Buddha, not Krishna—while stripping away free will and human rights.
And here’s the thing: God exists… so what dark force do you think is pulling the strings behind Marxism? Think about that.
Capitalism: “The worst economic system—except for all the others.” – Churchill
Like it or not, Trump knows what he’s doing, and he’s fighting this war. Yes, it’s a chess game—and so is most of life. I know this because of martial arts.
What? You thought martial arts was just mindless kick, punch, grapple like the UFC? No—when practiced with intelligence, it’s far deeper. You study masters like Sun Tzu, Clausewitz, Musashi—names the average Westerner may not recognize or care about—to their own detriment.
“Divisions are imaginary lines drawn by small minds.”
– Paramahansa Yogananda
The concept of energy-consciousness as the foundation of reality has captivated the minds of great scientists, philosophers, and spiritual teachers for centuries.
From the pioneering insights of Einstein and Niels Bohr to the profound teachings of Yogananda, Jesus Christ, Buddha, Lao Tzu, and the ancient wisdom of the Kybalion, the notion that consciousness and energy are intimately intertwined is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore.
Yet, in the face of scientific materialism, which has dominated modern thought for centuries, the true potential of this understanding is often overlooked, dismissed, or met with cognitive dissonance.
What if the foundation of all that exists is not just particles or forces, but a vast, super-intelligent, energetic consciousness? What if the universe is not a random, mechanical process, but an intelligent, conscious experience unfolding from the mind of the cosmos itself?
The Roots of the Idea: From Quantum Physics to Eastern Philosophy
The Double-Slit Experiment proves that consciousness shapes reality
In quantum mechanics, specifically the double-slit experiment, we find a striking illustration of how reality behaves in a way that seems to defy our classical understanding of physics. When a particle is not observed, it behaves as a wave, existing in multiple states at once. Only when it is observed does it “collapse” into a definite particle.
This phenomenon suggests that observation, or consciousness, plays a crucial role in shaping reality. The idea that the observer’s consciousness is integral to the creation of reality challenges the materialist view that the universe operates independent of the observer.
In fact, this aligns with the ancient teachings that consciousness is the root of all creation, a concept found in both spiritual and metaphysical traditions.
Albert Einstein
Einstein, while often seen as the embodiment of scientific rationalism, famously declared, “The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science.” His equation E=mc2revealed the equivalence of energy and matter, suggesting that energy is the fundamental building block of the universe.
This revelation pointed to a universe not made up of fixed, separate objects, but one where everything is interconnected, and energy comprises and flows through all things. This is mirrored in the spiritual teachings of Shakti, the Divine Feminine and dynamic energy of creation in Hinduism, and Chi, the life force in Chinese philosophy, both emphasizing the essential nature of energy in life and the universe.
Niels Bohr
Niels Bohr, a pioneer in quantum mechanics, famously said, “Anyone who is not shocked by quantum theory has not understood it.” His work, alongside that of other quantum theorists, laid the groundwork for a new understanding of reality—one where uncertainty, waves of potentiality, and the role of consciousness in shaping the physical world became fundamental.
This quantum perspective echoes the ancient idea that all of reality arises from a mental field, a fundamental consciousness that we can access, align with, and ultimately embody.
The Teachings of Yogananda, Buddha, Jesus, Lao Tzu, and the Kybalion
Yogananda
The idea that all is mind, that the universe is mental, is also at the heart of many spiritual traditions. Paramahansa Yogananda, in his Autobiography of a Yogi, spoke of the connection between energy and consciousness.
He described the universe as a projection of divine consciousness, with everything being interconnected through an infinite, intelligent energy. This reflects the very heart of yoga: the union of individual consciousness with universal consciousness.
Universal Christ Consciousness.
Similarly, Jesus Christ’s teachings in the Gospel of John, where He says, “I am the way, the truth, and the life,” point to an eternal, universal consciousnessthat is shared by all enlightened masters, not a personality.
This phrase echoes the concept of I AM THAT I AM, a statement of pure existence and awareness that connects us to the divine source of all. Buddha, too, in his teachings on the nature of reality, emphasized the idea that all is illusion, a Maya, and that the ultimate truth is the awareness or consciousness that transcends the material world.
Lao Tzu
Lao Tzu, the author of the Tao Te Ching, described the Tao as the fundamental, ever-present energy that comprises and flows through all things. He taught that this energy, often referred to as Chi, is the source of life, and it is through aligning with this flow of energy that one attains harmony and wisdom.
The Kybalion.
The Kybalion, a text rooted in Hermetic philosophy, also teaches that “All is mind”. This idea that the universe is mental in nature challenges the mechanistic worldview of modern science, which tends to separate matter from consciousness.
It suggests that the world is not an assembly of disconnected particles and forces, but a unified, living mind in which all forms of existence emerge from a single source of consciousness.
Scientific Materialism vs. True Science
Dr. Rupert Sheldrake’s TED Talk was banned by TEDx due to the prevailing biases of scientific materialism.
Modern science, particularly in the West, has largely embraced a reductionist, materialistic view of reality, focusing on the physical, observable world as the only true reality. This scientific materialism has led to a worldview where consciousness is often seen as an epiphenomenon of the brain, a product of physical processes rather than a fundamental aspect of reality.
Yet, this perspective is increasingly coming into conflict with the insights from quantum physics and spiritual traditions, which point to a deeper, more interconnected reality.
Why does this conflict persist? A major reason is cognitive dissonance. Many scientists are trained within the paradigm of materialism, and to entertain ideas that consciousness is the foundation of all things challenges deeply held beliefs about the nature of reality.
Also, many scientific studies are funded by the corporatocracy run by oligarchs who seek to keep people unaware of their spiritual freedom and power, ensuring dependence on their systems of control.
If you are a scientist who publicly disagrees with the prevailing belief of scientific materialism, you may struggle to find employment. However, true science, as Einstein and Bohr acknowledged, is without prejudice—it is open to new ideas, which are actually ancient truths, regardless of how unconventional they may seem.
As we delve deeper into the mysteries of the universe, it becomes clear that the separation between consciousness and energy, between mind and matter, is an illusion. The universe may appear to be a mechanical machine, but it is truly a living, dynamic expression of intelligent energy.
This understanding opens up new possibilities for healing, transformation, and mastery over our own lives, as we begin to recognize our own potential to influence the energy-consciousness that creates our reality.
After all, we are made of energy and consciousness, which means we, too, possess its power. As the Bible says, “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7), highlighting the power of our thoughts in shaping our reality. Or as the Buddha stated, “With our thoughts we make the world“.
Embracing the Truth: The Kybalion’s Wisdom
When we free ourselves from the constraints of scientific materialism, we can embrace the profound truth that all is mind. The universe is mental, and the foundation of reality is energy-consciousness.
This realization aligns with the teachings of the Kybalion, which asserts that the mind is the source of all creation. Through the power of consciousness, we can shape our experiences, connect with the universal flow of energy, and align ourselves with the true nature of the cosmos.
In essence, the universe is Buddha Mind or Christ Mind, the eternal consciousness that pervades all existence. By tuning into this consciousness, we can transcend the limitations of the material world and awaken to our true nature as beings of light, energy, and infinite potential.
When we recognize that the universe is mental, that we are part of a vast, interconnected consciousness, and that energy is the medium through which this consciousness manifests, we unlock the ability to truly master our reality.
This is the profound message of the great spiritual teachers, the quantum physicists, and the ancient wisdom traditions. We are not separate from the universe; we are the universe, expressing itself through us.
Conclusion
The case for energy-consciousness as the foundation of reality is compelling, not only from a scientific standpoint but also from a spiritual and philosophical perspective. By breaking free from the rigid confines of scientific materialism, we open ourselves to the profound truth that the universe is mental, and that consciousness and energy are the fundamental forces shaping all that exists.
As we embrace this understanding, we move closer to the realization that we are powerful creators of our reality, capable of aligning with the infinite energy-consciousness that permeates the cosmos.
This is the ultimate truth—the truth that has been spoken of by Einstein, Bohr, Yogananda, Buddha, Jesus, Lao Tzu, and the Kybalion. It is the truth of I AM THAT I AM, the realization that we are the divine energy in motion, the consciousness manifesting in this moment.
Unlock the power within!
Break free from society’s oppressive constraints and the control of a political system dominated by oligarchs.
The government ignores 90% of Americans, and the Oligarchy controls BOTH parties.
How can one fight—even kill—while still following the teachings of Jesus?
Love embraces all. Refusing to fight when necessary to stop harm and violence is also a failing, for in doing so, we neglect our duty to protect both ourselves and others. Surely, soldiers defending their countries are fighting for righteousness, not selfish ego. The same principle applies to self-defense, but one must be certain that the ego is absent; otherwise, the act becomes tainted. The same holds true for protecting the weak.
Those who fight with hatred and cruelty accumulate negative karma, while those who fight with duty, selflessness, and without personal malice do not incur the same spiritual burden. The key is to fight for a just cause, not for ego, and to ensure that hatred is not present within you. Love the God within your enemy even as you confront them.
And let us not forget that the Bhagavad Gita, a revered spiritual text, teaches the importance of fighting with duty, selflessness, and righteousness, free from ego and hatred.
As Paramahansa Yogananda said:
“Those who give their lives in the defense of their country, in a righteous cause, are freed from karma and reborn with greater opportunities for spiritual growth.”
Yogananda, an enlightened guru, lived in the U.S. during World War II—a war often seen as a battle between good and evil.
CONCLUSION
In the end, the true warrior’s path is not one of hatred or blind aggression, but of duty, righteousness, and inner peace. To fight without ego, to defend without malice, and to act with a heart aligned to divine will—this is the highest expression of the spiritual warrior.
Whether on the battlefield, in self-defense, or in the defense of the weak, let us remember that true strength lies not in destruction, but in the purity of our intent. The divine presence exists in all, even in those we may stand against. Fight with wisdom, love, and righteousness, and your soul will remain untarnished.
In a world that constantly pulls us outward—toward inflammatory politics, institutions, validation, material success, and fleeting pleasures—true empowerment lies in turning inward. The more we rely on external forces for happiness, the more we become prisoners of circumstances. But liberation is possible. The key? Mastering your inner world.
Meditate: Master Your Mind
“If every eight year old in the world is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world in one generation” – Dalai Lama
Meditation isn’t just a practice; it’s a gateway to clarity, focus, and inner peace. When you silence the noise, you gain control over your thoughts, emotions, and reactions. Instead of being swayed by the world, you become the still center around which life moves. Learn to be the still center—master life like a chess grandmaster and martial arts legend. Click HERE.
Harness Energy: Command Your Power
Everything is energy—your thoughts, emotions, and even your presence. Learning to cultivate and direct your energy (chi) through breathwork, stillness, and focused intention allows you to radiate strength, attract opportunities, and maintain unshakable confidence. It also amplifies the Law Of Attraction. Learn how HERE
Attract: Align with Universal Laws
The Law of Attraction isn’t about wishful thinking; it’s about embodying the frequency of what you seek. When your thoughts, emotions, and actions are in harmony, you magnetize abundance, success, and fulfillment effortlessly.
Listen to God: Connect to Divine Wisdom
True power comes from alignment with the divine. Whether through prayer, intuition, or deep contemplation, listening to God—or the higher intelligence guiding the universe—grants you wisdom beyond logic. It leads you toward your highest potential.
Act on Inspiration: Move with Purpose
Empowerment isn’t passive. When you receive insight, act immediately. Inspired action is effortless yet powerful—it flows from a place of knowing, not struggle. This is how vision turns into reality.
Also, when you are able to do so, help others. Jesus taught that true greatness comes from serving others, not from seeking power or status. “The greatest among you shall be your servant.” (Matthew 23:11)
The Tao of Inner Contentment: Finding Fulfillment Beyond External Validation
In the pursuit of true empowerment, Taoism teaches that the ultimate goal is inner contentment. This state of being is not dependent on external circumstances but arises from cultivating inner harmony and balance. As you free yourself from the need for validation and material success, you align with the natural flow of life.
True contentment comes when you are in tune with the universe, centered within yourself, and at peace with what is. By focusing on your inner world, you discover the lasting fulfillment that transcends fleeting desires and leads to a life of purpose, power, and serenity.
Break Free and Rise
“The kingdom of God is within you” – Luke 17:21
Liberating yourself from external dependence means realizing that everything you seek is already within you. When you master your inner world, the outer world bends to match it. Meditate, harness energy, attract, cultivate inner contentment, listen to God, and act on inspiration. This is true empowerment.
The time to reclaim your power is now. Will you step into it?
“The state of your life is nothing more than a reflection of the state of your mind.” – Wayne Dyer
“We’ve become, now, an oligarchy instead of a democracy. I think that’s been the worst damage to the basic moral and ethical standards of the American political system that I’ve ever seen in my life.” — Jimmy Carter
Carter is correct, but he’s mistaken in thinking this shift is recent. The U.S. has functioned as an oligarchy—or at least a system heavily influenced by elites—since its founding. While democracy exists in form, real power has always remained in the hands of a select few.
Both political parties are controlled by this oligarchy, ensuring that no matter who wins elections, elite interests remain protected. Key moments in history—such as the rise of industrial monopolies in the Gilded Age, the emergence of the military-industrial complex post-WWII, and corporate political financing after Citizens United—have only reinforced elite dominance.
This is not unique to the U.S. In so-called Western democracies, economic elites, corporate interests, and lobbying groups shape policy far more than voters. Elections provide the illusion of choice, but systemic barriers—gerrymandering, media manipulation, and corporate-funded campaigns—ensure power remains concentrated.
In authoritarian regimes, power is simply centralized in ruling parties, military leaders, or dictators. These systems don’t claim to be democratic, but they justify elite rule under the guise of stability, economic growth, or ideological purity.
What does this mean? The elites who collaborate exert influence and control, not just over America, but over the ENTIRE WORLD.
In short, we are still ruled by elites and royals—monarchies exist, just in a different form.
What can the average citizen do?
One man’s chaotic mess is another man’s efficient system in action. This is why true unity remains elusive, allowing the oligarchy to maintain their grip on power. Even if we did manage to overthrow the corrupt politicians, the new leaders would hardly be angels, and we’d find ourselves back in the same vicious cycle. The real solution lies within, not in the world.
Your vote alone won’t change the system—but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t vote. Go for it. Just recognize that it’s a drop in the bucket. Instead, FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL: YOUR SPIRITUALITY, PERSONAL GROWTH, CONTENTMENT, MEDITATION, AND THE LAW OF ATTRACTION.Spiritual practices and the Law of Attraction hold the keys to transforming your life—regardless of who holds office. It’s time to create the reality you deserve.
The ruling elite maintain control through shock and awe tactics—fear, division, and manufactured crises, keeping the masses in a reactive, disempowered state. By bombarding people with political drama, media sensationalism, and social unrest, they divert attention away from deeper reflection and independent thought, ensuring that power remains in their hands.
But history’s greatest masters—Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Lao Tzu, Yogananda, and others—offered the ultimate antidote: inner mastery and spiritual sovereignty. They showed that true freedom isn’t won through external battles but by transcending illusion (maya), mastering the mind, and aligning with universal truth. Through deep meditation, pranayama, stillness, and unwavering peace, they dissolved fear, neutralized manipulation, and became untouchable by worldly forces.
The real revolution is spiritual—not political. The oligarchy wants you to doubt your divine power and depend on their system. Break free—you’re a creator, not a victim. When you awaken to your divine nature, external control loses its grip. By turning inward, cultivating peace, and embracing spiritual practices, you transcend the limitations of the material world. As Yogananda taught, “Be calmly active and actively calm.” True transformation begins within. When you raise your consciousness, you naturally uplift those around you.
Rather than getting lost in external struggles, focus on inner mastery. Attune yourself to divine wisdom, and your actions will flow effortlessly in alignment with truth. As Ramana Maharshi said, “Your own Self-Realization is the greatest service you can render the world.”The more you connect with the higher reality within, the less control the external world has over you. In this state, your very presence becomes a force of transformation—far beyond the reach of any political system.
Politics is the illusion that fulfillment is external. True fulfillment is found within—through Divine Consciousness.
Man’s will is powerless to interfere with God’s will. God’s will is now done in my mind, body and affairs.— Florence Scovel Shinn
“Through the stillness of meditation, you awaken the infinite power within, a force so profound that fear ceases to exist. In the silence of your soul, no calamity can touch you, for you are rooted in an unshakable peace.” – See Paramahansa Yogananda

The two-party system reflects the fundamental structure of reality—yin, yang, and Tao. The left believes their way is the right way. The right believes their way is the right way. But as the saying goes, nobody’s right if everybody’s wrong. Regimes shift—left, right, left, right—yet we arrive nowhere because there is no collective agreement on a destination.
Meanwhile, this political theater distracts from a deeper truth: real power lies with the elites. Royals and oligarchs dictate policy to politicians, while the masses fuel a system that ensures a select few billionaires thrive while the majority toil endlessly, struggling to make ends meet.
The Taoist Solution
In The Essence of the Tao, Grand Master Alex Anatole explains that Taoists recognize how society imposes its values on individuals—values designed to serve those at the top, not necessarily the ordinary citizen. Unlike timeless principles rooted in nature, these manufactured values shift with every new regime, leaving those who strive to conform feeling exhausted and disillusioned. The Taoist solution? Camouflage. Navigate society discreetly while pursuing personal contentment, avoiding unnecessary conflict that could lead to isolation or attack.
Harness the power of your mind-intent and energy, combined with your will.
To this, I would add another path: the practice of the Law of Attraction. While we all exist in the collective reality of mass karma, we also each inhabit our own personal karmic world. Have you ever noticed how some people thrive no matter the external chaos? It’s the same world, yet vastly different experiences. This is the Law of Attraction in action—shift your mindset, energy, and actions and you shift your reality.

RAT Synthesis Street Warriors, liberated from their own limitations, masters of life and whatever challenges it throws their way.
“Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it”
– Helen Keller
Abstract:The Warrior’s Path to Liberation explores the transformative journey of transcending pain, conquering suffering, and forging inner strength through mindfulness, meditation, and spiritual discipline. Rooted in the teachings of RAT Synthesis, this path empowers warriors to embrace pain as a teacher rather than a foe.
By practicing detachment, even-minded endurance (Titiksha), and cultivating positive karma, one can overcome the mental and emotional turmoil that amplifies suffering. These principles guide individuals toward breaking free from the cycles of negativity and mastering life’s challenges with grace and resilience.
Through acceptance, inner awareness, and alignment with divine grace, the warrior discovers unbreakable resilience and liberation. Life’s challenges are transformed into opportunities for personal and spiritual growth, revealing the ultimate freedom that comes with letting go.
Pain is inevitable; suffering is optional. Embrace life fully, and find freedom in letting go.
INTRODUCTION.
As warriors, we understand that pain is an unavoidable part of life. From physical challenges in battle to emotional trials in our personal journey, pain will inevitably arise. But suffering—mental and emotional turmoil—is optional.
The key to transcending both pain and suffering lies within the warrior’s mastery over their mind and emotions. The path is clear: pain, which is transient, can be endured, and suffering can be overcome.
Escape into the pain – Shinzen Young
Shinzen Young, a renowned meditation teacher, succinctly captured the relationship between pain and suffering: “Suffering = Pain x Resistance.” Pain is a natural physical sensation, but suffering is the mental and emotional turmoil we create about the pain.
The warrior, therefore, does not resist pain. Instead, they embrace it, meditatively observe it, and transcend it. They do not generate tension, which only amplifies the pain and blocks the flow of life. Rather, they accept it, feel into it, and relax with it—even invoking love towards it.
While this may seem counterintuitive, it is not about seeking pain or masochism. We do not invite pain into our lives, but when it inevitably arises, we use it as training and choose to relax into it, accepting it as part of our journey. For example, when it is very cold outside, instead of resisting the discomfort, we embrace it. Feel into it, knowing that you are a child of God, stronger than any circumstance the universe can throw at you. In doing so, we reclaim control, and pain no longer dictates our responses or choices. Pain can be transcended.
The nervous system can be retrained. Discipline Equals Freedom said Jocko Willink, ex Navy SEAL. The key is to do the opposite of resisting or escaping: relax, accept, feel into the pain, and even love it—not in the sense of liking it, but through the transformative power of love. Like Jesus going to the cross.
Understanding Pain vs. Suffering
First, we must draw a distinction between pain and suffering. Pain is a physical sensation, a response of the body to injury, stress, or discomfort. It is sensory and natural, an experience we cannot escape. However, suffering is the emotional and mental turmoil that arises when we react to the pain. It is our thinking about the pain—our judgment of it—that transforms it from a mere sensation into something much more overwhelming.
Imagine the pain of a warrior who has been struck in battle. The physical pain is intense, but the true suffering begins when the warrior begins to think thoughts like, “This pain is unbearable,” or “I can’t take it anymore.” The pain, though real, becomes amplified through the mind’s resistance. The warrior who has mastered their mind, however, can see the pain as it is—a sensation that will come and go—and can choose not to engage in the suffering that would otherwise follow.
The Warrior’s Meditation: Developing Inner Strength
The first step to transcending pain and suffering is the cultivation of inner strength through meditation. Meditation, like formal breath-focused sessions, is the practice of detaching from the mind’s automatic reactions. It is the warrior’s training ground, where we learn to become observers of our thoughts, emotions, and sensations, not identify with them, nor become their prisoner.
Start by dedicating just a few minutes each day to formal meditation. Focus on your breath, allowing your mind to quiet and your body to relax. Gradually increase your meditation session to 30 minutes. This will build the mental and emotional fortitude needed to confront life’s inevitable challenges. The longer you meditate, the stronger your center becomes—until eventually, you are able to carry that calm and inner strength with you throughout the day.
Practicing Mindfulness: Detach and Observe
Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment, observing your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment, while exercising detachment, equanimity, wisdom, and compassion.
Throughout the day, practice mindfulness. Whenever pain or suffering arises—whether physical or emotional—detach from it. Observe it as if it were a movie playing before you, with no attachment to the storyline. Just as you would watch an actor in a film, you watch your thoughts, emotions, and sensations from a distance. Become impartial.
As Shinzen Young stated, By practicing mindfulness in the presence of pain, you can reduce suffering, and the pain may even transform into a stream of pure energy.
When suffering arises, change your mind using your willpower. Remember, suffering is the thinking and emotions about the situation not the situation itself. In the beginning, this may be difficult, but the warrior persists. If you cannot change your thoughts at first, simply observe them without judgment. “This too shall pass,” you tell yourself. In time, you will train your nervous system to stop engaging with suffering and to remain neutral, even in the face of great emotional turmoil.
Transcending Pain: Mindfulness in Action
Pain, whether physical or emotional, can be transformed through mindfulness meditation. Rather than resisting it, we observe it. We feel it, but we do not let it control us. In moments of physical discomfort, such as when a warrior sustains an injury, the key is to bring mindfulness to the experience. Feel the pain deeply, but without clinging to it. Allow it to flow through you like a wave, knowing that it will eventually subside.
This practice of acceptance, of feeling the pain without resistance, retrains the nervous system. Resistance to pain increases its intensity, but acceptance diminishes it. Through this process, pain itself begins to lose its power over you. And in time, you may even find that pain can transform into a source of strength—a reminder of your resilience and your ability to endure.
The Power of Titiksha: Even-Minded Endurance
In addition to mindfulness, the warrior also practices Titiksha, or even-minded endurance. This concept, rooted in ancient spiritual traditions, teaches us to bear pain and discomfort without losing our balance. It is the practice of maintaining equanimity, no matter the circumstances.
Titiksha allows us to endure pain without reacting to it. We do not try to escape or numb ourselves. We simply remain present, accepting the pain as part of our journey. The warrior’s motto here is simple: This too shall pass. Through Titiksha, we develop the inner strength to endure even the most difficult challenges without becoming overwhelmed.
Let Go of Attachment: The Key to Freedom
Attachment to craving is a primary cause of suffering. When we crave comfort, safety, or pleasure, we create resistance to the natural flow of life. We become attached to the idea that life should be without pain or discomfort, or should happen in a certain way or form, and this attachment causes suffering.
The warrior learns to release attachment, particularly to the idea that life should be pain-free. Meditation and mindfulness help us to detach from desires and cravings, allowing us to face each moment as it is, without clinging to what we want or pushing away what we do not want. In this way, we stop the cycle of suffering and begin to transcend it.
The Power of Good Karma
Finally, the warrior remembers that their actions have consequences. Positive karma—doing good deeds and being of service to others—creates an energetic shield that can help mitigate or even erase negative karma. Good actions generate positive energy, and this energy can alleviate suffering in the long run.
When we practice kindness, compassion, and generosity, we shift our vibration and attract positive experiences into our lives. This doesn’t mean that pain and suffering will never arise, but it does mean that we will have the internal resources to handle them with grace and wisdom. Our good karma becomes an armor, protecting us from the mental and emotional suffering that often accompanies pain.
Furthermore, good karma not only counteracts the negative karma from our present actions but also helps to dissolve the effects of past karma—whether from this lifetime or previous ones. And even beyond the workings of karma, there is the grace of God. If we live a good and noble life and make a sincere effort, God’s grace can lift the burdens of karma, offering us a spiritual reprieve and guiding us toward greater peace. In this way, we are not bound by the past, but are free to move forward, supported by divine grace and the positive energy we cultivate through virtuous living.
Conclusion: The Warrior’s Path
The path of the warrior is one of constant practice and refinement. Pain will come, but suffering is optional. Through meditation, mindfulness, Titiksha, and good karma, the warrior learns to transcend the pain of life and rise above the mental and emotional turmoil that often follows.
By embracing discomfort, detaching from desires, and cultivating inner strength, the warrior not only survives pain but becomes stronger because of it. In this way, we transform suffering from something to avoid into a tool for spiritual and personal growth.
As you embark on this path, remember: This too shall pass. And with every passing moment, you become stronger, wiser, and more deeply aligned with your true self.
“Free yourself from the chains of attachment, for it is not the world that binds you, but your own mind. In the quiet stillness of the inner self, discover the boundless freedom that exists beyond thought and emotion. True liberation is found not in escaping life, but in embracing it fully without clinging or aversion. Let go, and in letting go, you will find peace.”
What if I told you that the universe is not just a chaotic swirl of matter and forces, but rather a dream of the Divine—a living, conscious creation composed of intelligent energy? This energy, known by names like chi, prana, or the Divine Feminine, is not only the foundation of all existence but also the essence of you. The realization of this truth could shatter the illusion that we are powerless beings at the mercy of circumstances. Instead, it reveals that we are creators, empowered by the very energy of life itself.
The Universe: A Conscious Dream
Great thinkers across disciplines have pointed to an astounding idea: the universe itself is conscious. From the ancient sages to modern scientists, the message is clear—mind and intelligence existed before matter. The Big Bang did not mark the beginning of creation but rather the unfolding of a supremely intelligent consciousness.
Martin Stephen Hawley, in You Are Gods, argues that this energy is alive and aware, a dream of God that has manifested into the physical realm. Physicist Stephen Meyer supports this notion by pointing to the staggering complexity of DNA, which contains functional information so intricate that it could not have arisen by mere chance in the time since the Earth’s formation.
Einstein’s famous equation, E=mc2, shows us that everything is energy. But this is more than a scientific fact; it’s a spiritual revelation. Ancient wisdom has known this for millennia, referring to this energy as Shakti or the Divine Feminine, the cosmic force that sustains all creation.
The Yin, Yang, and Tao of Existence
Energy flows in duality—yin and yang, feminine and masculine, light and shadow. This interplay creates the Tao, the structure of reality. But here’s the profound secret: this energy isn’t separate from you. You are made of it.
The ancient masters have always pointed us inward. Jesus declared, “Ye are gods.” Buddhism teaches, “Look within; you are the Buddha.” Lao Tzu revealed, “The Tao is within you. Use it.” Hinduism reminds us, “Tat Tvam Asi” (Thou art That). Rumi beautifully encapsulated this truth: “You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.”
These are not metaphors; they are literal truths. You are the conscious energy of the universe, endowed with the power to create and shape reality.
Your Thoughts Are Energy
Thoughts are not just fleeting ideas in your mind; they are vibrations of energy. Napoleon Hill author of Think and Grow Rich taught us that “thoughts are things,” and Yogananda an enlightened Guru emphasized that “thoughts become reality.” The mind is a broadcasting machine, sending out energetic signals that influence the world around you.
Every thought you think, every emotion you feel, contributes to the energetic blueprint of your reality. Negative thoughts drain this energy, while positive thoughts amplify it. This is the essence of the Law of Attraction: what you focus on expands. Your repeated thoughts and intentions generate chi or prana, magnetizing opportunities, circumstances, and people into your life.
Harnessing Energy Through Action
But manifestation isn’t just about thinking or dreaming. It requires inspired action. When you align your actions with your intentions, you tap into the creative power of the universe. This is how masters align their will with divine will, achieving goals with ease and mastery.
Yogananda taught: “When you make up your mind to do good things, you will accomplish them if you use dynamic willpower to follow through. No matter what the circumstances are, if you go on trying, God will create the means by which your will shall find its proper reward.”
The universe responds to those who seize opportunities, take inspired action, and trust the process. It’s not enough to sit and wait—you must act when inspiration strikes, when coincidences unfold, and when the door opens.
Practical Applications of Energy Science
For those seeking to harness this energy, practices like pranayama and qigong offer direct methods of gathering and focusing it. These ancient techniques teach you to feel, sense, and control chi energy, using it for purposes ranging from health and martial power to amplifying your manifestations.
But this energy is also cultivated through your thoughts, intentions, and virtues. RAT Synthesis Mind Energetics™ combines MIND-INTENT, ENERGY, and VIRTUE, providing a framework for aligning actions with intentions to master your reality.
Break Free From the Matrix
We live in a world designed to keep us small, to blind us to the truth of our power. Dysfunctional society and its propaganda machine perpetuate the myth of our limitations to maintain control. But the truth is revolutionary: you are energy, you are powerful, and you are the creator of your destiny.
You have the ability to break free from this matrix. By mastering your thoughts, aligning your energy, and taking inspired action, you can transcend the victim mentality and unlock your true potential.
