rise above

  • THE DEATH OF BLAME: AWAKEN THE WARRIOR WITHIN AND TAKE BACK YOUR LIFE!

    “There are no others”Ramana Maharshi

There’s a seductive illusion in blame. It whispers, “It’s their fault.” It gives you a temporary high—like you’ve offloaded the weight of your problems onto someone else. But the truth? Blame is a poison disguised as power. It’s a weapon that always backfires.

In the real world—and in the warrior’s world—blame is weakness. And weakness gets you hurt, stuck, or forgotten.

If you want to rise—truly rise—you must cut blame at the root.

    1. Neville Goddard: I AM the Cause

Neville didn’t mince words. “Everyone is you pushed out.” The circumstances of your life, the people you meet, the pain and the pleasure—it’s all an out-picturing of your consciousness.

Blame others, and you surrender your divine creative power.

Own it, and the power returns to your grip.

You are not a victim of fate, but a maker of it.

Your thoughts, your assumptions, your inner conversations—they create your world. If you change them, the world must follow.

    2. Yogananda: Karma and Self-Responsibility

Paramahansa Yogananda taught that karma is not punishment—it’s education.

Life gives you what you put into it. Not always immediately. Not always obviously. But eventually, unmistakably.

You can’t escape the law of cause and effect. And that’s not a curse—it’s a gift.

Because it means that you hold the key to your liberation.

Take responsibility for your energy, your thoughts, your reactions, your actions, and your habits—and you begin rewriting the karma of lifetimes. No one is coming to save you. But the moment you stop waiting, you begin to save yourself.

    3. Ramana Maharshi: There Are No Others

When a disciple once complained about others treating him poorly, Ramana responded with piercing simplicity:
    “There are no others.”

The world, in truth, is one Self. When you fight others, blame others, judge others—you’re at war with yourself.

    So why does this matter?

Because until you dissolve the illusion of separateness, you’ll be stuck in reaction. Stuck in blame. Stuck in suffering.

But when you look within and realize the source of all drama, all disturbance, all desire is inside you—you reclaim the throne.

Get Busy: Your Destiny Doesn’t Wait

If you’ve been blaming your boss, your parents, your past, your ex, the economy, the algorithm—stop.

The truth is brutal and liberating:

No one is holding you back but you.

It’s time to get busy living. Not someday. Now.

Start small. Start scared. Start anyway.

Faith—real faith—is not passive. It’s not sitting in the lotus position hoping for a miracle. Faith is ferocious. It also means taking inspired action.
As the saying states, “God helps those who help themselves.”

Faith with daily action? That’s unstoppable. That moves mountains. That bends reality.

  • Answering the Divine Call: Rising Beyond Ordinary to Embrace the Extraordinary!

God calls us to rise above mediocrity and embrace a higher path, one that challenges the ordinary and transforms us into the extraordinary. Yet, despite this divine invitation, many choose to remain in the comfortable confines of the mundane. We have been gifted with free will, the power to choose whether we will ascend to greatness or settle for a life of complacency. Sadly, many reject the call to greatness, and in doing so, they miss out on the divine potential within them.

The ordinary can be depicted as a relationship between a master and students, where the teachings may or may not be carried forward. It is a cycle that can stall or fade away. Consider the story of Yin Hsi, the border guard who understood Lao Tzu’s Tao Te Ching. Yin Hsi’s profound understanding of the wisdom in the TTK allowed him to become the ruler of his own life, anticipating with certainty that Lao Tzu’s strategy would succeed. This foresight and mastery are not just ordinary—they are extraordinary.

What separates the ordinary from the extraordinary is the ability to see beyond the visible, to grasp the divine potential that resides within each of us. Reality, as we know it, is a continuously expanding universe. Our bodies, minds, and spirits are also expanding in ways that transcend what we once thought was possible. There has never been another version of you or me, and as we evolve, we encounter circumstances and situations that break us free from the constraints of normality. This, too, is the nature of existence: just as the universe continuously expands into new and unexplored territories, so too do we.

But to embrace this extraordinary life, we must understand that growth thrives in non-ordinary spaces. We cannot rely solely on the known, the familiar, or the comfortable. True mastery lies in stepping into the unknown, embracing the unfamiliar, and cultivating a mindset that welcomes challenges and opportunities for growth. When we do this, we align ourselves with God’s divine plan, stepping into the fullness of who we were meant to be.

This path is not without its struggles. There will be moments when we question whether we are on the right track, when doubt creeps in, or when the temptation to return to the ordinary is strong. But it is in these moments that our faith and our commitment to rise above mediocrity must carry us forward. We must remember that God has endowed us with the power of free will, and it is up to us to choose whether we will follow the path of ordinary or rise to embrace the extraordinary.

The difference between the ordinary and the extraordinary is not a matter of luck or circumstance—it is a matter of choice. By choosing to rise above mediocrity, we not only transform our own lives but also influence the world around us. We become leaders, creators, and visionaries, paving the way for others to follow in our footsteps. And in doing so, we fulfill the divine purpose that was set before us.

God calls us to rise, to reach beyond what is known, and to claim the extraordinary life that is waiting for us. Will you answer the call?

NOTE: This blog post was inspired by concepts explored in the course Sun Tzu’s Art of War Codified: Win from the start, which examines the strategic principles of Sun Tzu, Lao Tzu, and their application to achieving success in life.
