“Your imagination is the preview of life’s coming attractions.”
– Albert Einstein
Thoughts are like waves—constantly appearing and disappearing, seemingly out of our control. But what if I told you that it’s not the thoughts themselves that matter, but what you choose to focus on? What if you had the power to align your focus with a reality that perfectly fits your desires?
You see, the universe, or rather, the multiverse, is an ever-expanding sea of infinite possibilities. Every conceivable—and inconceivable—path already exists. All these paths have been created, preordained, waiting for you to tune into them. Your thoughts, your focus, are the key to navigating this vast ocean of potential. They determine which alternate timeline you resonate with and, ultimately, which reality you experience.
As Jesus said, “In my Father’s house are many mansions.” This ancient wisdom reminds us that there is no shortage of possibilities. The universe is abundant, and each possibility is as real as the next. We are not slaves to a singular destiny. We have the power to choose which mansion—i.e., which reality—we want to inhabit.
In the same vein, Neville Goddardonce said, You aren’t called upon to make the things. All things already are. The whole, vast creation is already finished; I am only becoming aware of it. Any state that I can imagine can be occupied. The whole thing is finished, and all I do is adjust to it and “feel” myself there until it becomes natural.”
This powerful statement reveals a profound truth: everything is already done. The universe’s blueprint is already mapped out. We are simply moving through it, navigating our path through the predetermined matrix of infinite possibilities. But here’s where it gets exciting: even though the matrix is infinite, you still have the choice to determine which timeline, which version of yourself, you want to experience.
In my view, Ramana Maharshi’s profound statement, “What has to happen will happen,” encapsulates a deeper truth. Our thoughts and energy shape our reality, and since these patterns often remain unchanged in our minds, we tend to relive the same experiences repeatedly. However, this doesn’t imply a rigid fate. Instead, all possibilities coexist simultaneously, and through focused intention, we can select the path we embark upon. Ultimately, the choice is ours.
The Power of Focus: Emitting Your Chi Energy
The key to unlocking this power lies in what you choose to focus on. Your thoughts are not just random flutters in your mind—they are powerful signals of energy that you send out into the universe. When you focus on a particular thought, you are emitting a signal of chi—life force energy—into the cosmos. Your brain acts like a transmitter and receiver, continuously sending and receiving signals, much like a cell phone.
The great yogi,Paramahansa Yogananda, said that thoughts are not isolated, individual experiences; rather, they are universal. Carl Jung, the famous Swiss psychiatrist, explored the idea of the collective unconscious, suggesting that all human beings are connected to a deeper universal field of knowledge.
And the visionary physicist, David Bohm, proposed the concept of an implicate order, a deeply interconnected universe where everything is holographically linked. The brain, according to Bohm, could be seen as a receiver for this deeper, unseen information from the universe.
This means that it is not you thinking your thoughts; it is God, or the universe, thinking them through you. Your focus tunes you into a specific wavelength, allowing you to receive and transmit the energy of particular thoughts. That’s why inventions like the radio came to both Marconi and Tesla at the same time—they were both tuning into the same frequency of thought. The energy was there, waiting to be received. The thought simply found the one who was ready to tune into it.
Your Thoughts Attract Your Reality
Now, here’s where the magic happens: once you begin emitting your chi energy through your focused thoughts, this energy radiates out and attracts people, circumstances, ideas, and opportunities that match your frequency. Think of it as a tuning fork—your focused thoughts set the vibration, and the universe responds in kind. When you combine thought with pranayama or qigong practices, along with your belief and willpower, you amplify its magnetic power of attraction.
Your imagination is a powerful tool for shaping this energy and creating energy constructs. When you visualize your desires and consciously program your chi energy, it works tirelessly on your behalf, even when you’re not actively thinking about it. Like an automatic machine, your chi energy continues to align circumstances with your intentions, bringing them into your reality over time. The more you control your focus, the more effortlessly your desired reality will manifest.
This is the essence of the teachings of spiritual masters like Jesus and Yogananda. They understood that we are not separate from the universe; we are intricately woven into it. Our thoughts and our energy are powerful tools for shaping our reality. And when we align with higher frequencies—love, peace, abundance—our external world begins to reflect those vibrations.
Master Your Thoughts. Master Your Chi. Master Your Destiny.
The most profound realization you can have is this: you are the creator of your own reality. Your thoughts, energy, and focus are not passive—they are active, creative forces. Through your mind, you can direct the flow of energy and align yourself with the infinite possibilities of the universe.
This isn’t just theory. This is a way of life. The wisdom of the ages, from Jesus to Yogananda, shows us that when we understand and harness the power of our thoughts and chi, we unlock the power to transform our reality.

Control your thoughts. Control your chi. Control your destiny.
How can you become the strongest? The most powerful? How can you enlighten your mind, control your behavior, and acquire wisdom? As Taisen Deshimaru asks in The Zen Way to Martial Arts, “A man cannot try to equal the physical strength of the lion, any more than he can pretend to the wisdom of God.”
“But why not? Why shouldn’t there be a means that enables a man to transcend the limits of his humanness? To go beyond the barriers of what is perceived as human potential?“
I first encountered this question when I read that book as a youth. At the time, I was mesmerized by the promise of martial arts superpowers — the strength, the discipline, the enlightenment it could offer. I believed it was real, and while some may label this as naive, I now know the truth: it was not.
It is real. It is a path that leads to extraordinary transformation. And I’m here to show you the way. To offer you a choice: the red pill or the blue pill, the choice is yours.
Deshimaru’s book did not give me the secret. In fact, it did not give me the complete path. But it planted the seed, and after years of training and experiences, that seed has blossomed into the realization that the key to unlocking true human potential lies not just in physical strength or wisdom alone. It lies in the system — a system that integrates meditation, energy work, and an unwavering willingness to push past your limitations.
There is a secret, and I’m here to share it with you. The RAT Synthesis Mind Range™System — a system that allows you to tap into your deepest potential and achieve what was once considered beyond reach. With this method, you can move from the ordinary to the extraordinary. You can become like a superhuman. Here’s how:
The RAT Synthesis Mind Range™ System: Your Path to Life Mastery
The RAT Synthesis Mind Range™ is a personal development system that blends the timeless wisdom of meditation, pranayama, qigong, strategy, law of attraction, and the wisdom of sages to elevate your consciousness. This system enables you to tap into no-mind, no-self states, allowing you to operate beyond the conditioned self — that limited sense of “you” that holds you back from greatness.
1. Mind Range™: Life Mastery in 15 Minutes
In just 15 minutes, you can begin transforming your consciousness. The Mind Range™ exercises are designed to work quickly, sharpening your mind, increasing your focus, and unlocking a level of mental clarity that will make you think faster, act smarter, and respond with an intelligence that transcends the limits of your previous conditioning.
Through meditation and energy work, you move from a place of fragmented thoughts and distractions to a heightened state of awareness. By training yourself in no-mind, you begin to see the world as it truly is, without the filter of the ego or limitations of self-doubt. In this state, you can achieve things you never thought possible.
2. Pranayama & Qigong: Harnessing the Power of Breath and Energy
Breathing techniques (pranayama) and qigong practice are integral parts of this system. Breath is the bridge between the mind and body, and by mastering it, you can calm your nervous system, regulate your emotions, and bring your energy into alignment. As you refine these practices, your body becomes a vessel for heightened energy flow, allowing you to respond more efficiently to challenges and operate with greater stamina and focus.
In the same way that pressure turns coal into diamonds, the intensity of martial arts, consistent breath work, and energy practices refines your inner power. With time, you will notice that you become more resilient, both physically and mentally. The pressures of life — the stress, the pain, the uncertainty — will no longer have the same grip on you.
3. Going Beyond Limitations
It’s not enough to just learn these techniques. The real power lies in experiencing them — and that experience is all about pushing through your limits. Together with the RAT Synthesis combat fitness training, the willingness to confront pain, discomfort, and uncertainty is what transforms an ordinary person into something extraordinary.
Every step you take on this path challenges your old self. It forces you to confront the parts of you that are afraid, insecure, and resistant. The process is not easy, but it’s worth it—nothing truly worthwhile ever is. Just like a diamond is forged under intense heat and pressure, your true potential will emerge only when you are willing to endure hardship and continue pushing forward.
4. The Warrior’s Path to Unleashing Your Potential
In martial arts, the journey is often described as one of discipline, courage, and self-discovery. The same holds true for the Mind Range™ system. It is a warrior’s path to mastery — not just of the body, but of the mind and spirit. It’s about overcoming the conditioned patterns of thought, breaking free from the limits of your past, and stepping into a version of yourself that is limitless.
With the Mind Range™ system, you’ll be able to think faster, respond more effectively, and access a level of intelligence that goes beyond intellectual understanding. It’s the intelligence of your whole being — a higher level of awareness that allows you to see beyond the surface and act with clarity and purpose.
The Choice is Yours
Now, the question remains: will you take the red pill or the blue pill? Will you remain stuck in your limited understanding of what is possible, or will you step beyond the boundaries of what you think you can achieve and unlock the true power of your mind and body?
The journey of a warrior, a true master, is not easy. But it is the only journey that offers the promise of transcending your limits and becoming the strongest, the most powerful version of yourself. You have the choice — the time is now.
Are you ready to unlock your potential?

In a world that constantly pulls us outward—toward inflammatory politics, institutions, validation, material success, and fleeting pleasures—true empowerment lies in turning inward. The more we rely on external forces for happiness, the more we become prisoners of circumstances. But liberation is possible. The key? Mastering your inner world.
Meditate: Master Your Mind
“If every eight year old in the world is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world in one generation” – Dalai Lama
Meditation isn’t just a practice; it’s a gateway to clarity, focus, and inner peace. When you silence the noise, you gain control over your thoughts, emotions, and reactions. Instead of being swayed by the world, you become the still center around which life moves. Learn to be the still center—master life like a chess grandmaster and martial arts legend. Click HERE.
Harness Energy: Command Your Power
Everything is energy—your thoughts, emotions, and even your presence. Learning to cultivate and direct your energy (chi) through breathwork, stillness, and focused intention allows you to radiate strength, attract opportunities, and maintain unshakable confidence. It also amplifies the Law Of Attraction. Learn how HERE
Attract: Align with Universal Laws
The Law of Attraction isn’t about wishful thinking; it’s about embodying the frequency of what you seek. When your thoughts, emotions, and actions are in harmony, you magnetize abundance, success, and fulfillment effortlessly.
Listen to God: Connect to Divine Wisdom
True power comes from alignment with the divine. Whether through prayer, intuition, or deep contemplation, listening to God—or the higher intelligence guiding the universe—grants you wisdom beyond logic. It leads you toward your highest potential.
Act on Inspiration: Move with Purpose
Empowerment isn’t passive. When you receive insight, act immediately. Inspired action is effortless yet powerful—it flows from a place of knowing, not struggle. This is how vision turns into reality.
Also, when you are able to do so, help others. Jesus taught that true greatness comes from serving others, not from seeking power or status. “The greatest among you shall be your servant.” (Matthew 23:11)
The Tao of Inner Contentment: Finding Fulfillment Beyond External Validation
In the pursuit of true empowerment, Taoism teaches that the ultimate goal is inner contentment. This state of being is not dependent on external circumstances but arises from cultivating inner harmony and balance. As you free yourself from the need for validation and material success, you align with the natural flow of life.
True contentment comes when you are in tune with the universe, centered within yourself, and at peace with what is. By focusing on your inner world, you discover the lasting fulfillment that transcends fleeting desires and leads to a life of purpose, power, and serenity.
Break Free and Rise
“The kingdom of God is within you” – Luke 17:21
Liberating yourself from external dependence means realizing that everything you seek is already within you. When you master your inner world, the outer world bends to match it. Meditate, harness energy, attract, cultivate inner contentment, listen to God, and act on inspiration. This is true empowerment.
The time to reclaim your power is now. Will you step into it?
“The state of your life is nothing more than a reflection of the state of your mind.” – Wayne Dyer
“We’ve become, now, an oligarchy instead of a democracy. I think that’s been the worst damage to the basic moral and ethical standards of the American political system that I’ve ever seen in my life.” — Jimmy Carter
Carter is correct, but he’s mistaken in thinking this shift is recent. The U.S. has functioned as an oligarchy—or at least a system heavily influenced by elites—since its founding. While democracy exists in form, real power has always remained in the hands of a select few.
Both political parties are controlled by this oligarchy, ensuring that no matter who wins elections, elite interests remain protected. Key moments in history—such as the rise of industrial monopolies in the Gilded Age, the emergence of the military-industrial complex post-WWII, and corporate political financing after Citizens United—have only reinforced elite dominance.
This is not unique to the U.S. In so-called Western democracies, economic elites, corporate interests, and lobbying groups shape policy far more than voters. Elections provide the illusion of choice, but systemic barriers—gerrymandering, media manipulation, and corporate-funded campaigns—ensure power remains concentrated.
In authoritarian regimes, power is simply centralized in ruling parties, military leaders, or dictators. These systems don’t claim to be democratic, but they justify elite rule under the guise of stability, economic growth, or ideological purity.
What does this mean? The elites who collaborate exert influence and control, not just over America, but over the ENTIRE WORLD.
In short, we are still ruled by elites and royals—monarchies exist, just in a different form.
What can the average citizen do?
One man’s chaotic mess is another man’s efficient system in action. This is why true unity remains elusive, allowing the oligarchy to maintain their grip on power. Even if we did manage to overthrow the corrupt politicians, the new leaders would hardly be angels, and we’d find ourselves back in the same vicious cycle. The real solution lies within, not in the world.
Your vote alone won’t change the system—but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t vote. Go for it. Just recognize that it’s a drop in the bucket. Instead, FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL: YOUR SPIRITUALITY, PERSONAL GROWTH, CONTENTMENT, MEDITATION, AND THE LAW OF ATTRACTION.Spiritual practices and the Law of Attraction hold the keys to transforming your life—regardless of who holds office. It’s time to create the reality you deserve.
The ruling elite maintain control through shock and awe tactics—fear, division, and manufactured crises, keeping the masses in a reactive, disempowered state. By bombarding people with political drama, media sensationalism, and social unrest, they divert attention away from deeper reflection and independent thought, ensuring that power remains in their hands.
But history’s greatest masters—Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Lao Tzu, Yogananda, and others—offered the ultimate antidote: inner mastery and spiritual sovereignty. They showed that true freedom isn’t won through external battles but by transcending illusion (maya), mastering the mind, and aligning with universal truth. Through deep meditation, pranayama, stillness, and unwavering peace, they dissolved fear, neutralized manipulation, and became untouchable by worldly forces.
The real revolution is spiritual—not political. The oligarchy wants you to doubt your divine power and depend on their system. Break free—you’re a creator, not a victim. When you awaken to your divine nature, external control loses its grip. By turning inward, cultivating peace, and embracing spiritual practices, you transcend the limitations of the material world. As Yogananda taught, “Be calmly active and actively calm.” True transformation begins within. When you raise your consciousness, you naturally uplift those around you.
Rather than getting lost in external struggles, focus on inner mastery. Attune yourself to divine wisdom, and your actions will flow effortlessly in alignment with truth. As Ramana Maharshi said, “Your own Self-Realization is the greatest service you can render the world.”The more you connect with the higher reality within, the less control the external world has over you. In this state, your very presence becomes a force of transformation—far beyond the reach of any political system.
Politics is the illusion that fulfillment is external. True fulfillment is found within—through Divine Consciousness.
Man’s will is powerless to interfere with God’s will. God’s will is now done in my mind, body and affairs.— Florence Scovel Shinn
“Through the stillness of meditation, you awaken the infinite power within, a force so profound that fear ceases to exist. In the silence of your soul, no calamity can touch you, for you are rooted in an unshakable peace.” – See Paramahansa Yogananda

“The successful warrior is the average man, with laser-like focus.” — Bruce Lee
What if the real secret to success isn’t hidden in complex strategies, endless hustle, or the latest productivity hacks? What if it’s something simpler, yet infinitely more powerful—something that’s already within you, waiting to be unleashed? The answer lies in one word: focus.
The Enemy of Focus: The Shiny Object Syndrome
In today’s hyper-connected world, distraction is the norm. Social media, smartphones, endless notifications—all meticulously designed to hijack your attention and sell it to the highest bidder.
Every ping, every scroll, every pop-up notification pulls you further from your purpose and into the vortex of someone else’s agenda. But distractions aren’t limited to the digital realm—your own mind, emotions, other people, and life events also have the power to divert your focus and energy.
But here’s the hard truth: Your attention is your most valuable asset. If you don’t control it, someone else will.
Reclaiming Your Power: Aligning Focus with Divine Will
The goal isn’t just to regain your focus but to align it with Divine will. When your attention serves your highest purpose, you’re not just productive—you’re unstoppable. This isn’t about tunnel vision, where you block out the world to zero in on a single point. Instead, it’s about cultivating wide-angle vision or what the samurai called mushin(mind of no mind).
Mushin isn’t emptiness in the sense of nothingness; it’s emptiness of distraction. It’s the clarity to perceive everything while being attached to nothing. This state of flow integrates both focus and awareness, allowing intuition to rise as one of your secret weapons. The other? Calmness. In stillness, you find clarity; in clarity, you find power.
If you’re reactive, upset, angry, or worried, you can’t play a good game of chess—nor can you find inner peace.
Enter the RAT Synthesis Mind Range™ sessions—designed to develop these attributes in under 15 minutes. How? By embodying the 80/20 rule: delivering 80% of transformative benefits—mental clarity, emotional resilience, and strategic focus—with just 20% of the effort and time.

Awake: The Life of Yogananda Official Trailer 1 (2014) – Documentary HD
Paramahansa Yogananda, the legendary yogi and spiritual teacher, offered humanity a profound blueprint for spiritual growth and self-discovery. His daily practices provide a practical yet transformative path for those seeking peace, vitality, and divine connection. This blog dives into Yogananda’s core teachings and their life-changing benefits, guiding you to incorporate them into your daily routine.
Yogananda’s teachings illuminated the deeper spiritual essence of Jesus Christ’s message, revealing Christ as an enlightened super Master—a divine spiritual superhero—like Buddha and Lao Tzu, who embodied and taught the universal principles of Dharma (gospel).
Dharma is the natural law, duty, or righteous path that aligns one with truth and harmony. It represents one’s purpose, ethical responsibilities, and the way to live in alignment with God and His cosmic order. In Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, dharma is the foundation of spiritual and moral life, guiding individuals toward balance, fulfillment, and liberation.
Yogananda teaches that by strengthening our will through self-discipline and meditation, we align with our divine power, enabling us to master our fate. Ye are gods – Jesus
Yogananda’s Essential Teachings for Success in Spirituality
THE CORE PRACTICES
Meditation: Tuning into the Divine Meditation is at the heart of Yogananda’s teachings. He recommended meditating in the stillness of the early morning or evening to quiet the mind and connect with your inner divinity. Regular meditation not only brings serenity but also aligns you with the deeper truths of life, helping you navigate challenges with grace and clarity. Yogananda also taught that focusing on the spiritual eye—the point between the eyebrows—is a gateway to experiencing God.
Pranayama: The Breath of Life Yogananda emphasized the importance of controlling prana (life force energy, also known as qi) through breathwork. Techniques such as pranayama and energization exercises calm the nervous system, boost energy levels, and clear the mind. This practice is the key to accessing deeper states of meditation and spiritual awareness. “God is in the spine.” – Paramahansa Yogananda
Affirmations: Reprogramming the Subconscious With positive affirmations, Yogananda taught that you could transform your thoughts and align your subconscious with higher aspirations. Simple yet potent, affirmations instill self-confidence, optimism, and gratitude, fostering a mindset of abundance and joy. “I am the Infinite” – Paramahansa Yogananda
Devotion and Divine Love Devotional practices like chanting, prayer, and hymns open the heart to divine love and uplift the spirit. They dissolve ego barriers and cultivate an intimate connection with God, helping you to feel the boundless joy of divine presence.
Self-Reflection: The Mirror of Growth Yogananda encouraged daily self-analysis to uncover inner strengths and weaknesses. By reflecting on your actions, thoughts, and attitudes, you can identify areas for growth and overcome limiting patterns, paving the way for greater self-mastery.
Service to Others: The Spirit of Giving Selfless service is a cornerstone of Yogananda’s teachings. Through acts of kindness, charity, and compassion, you expand your heart and bring light into the lives of others. This practice purifies the soul and deepens your connection to the divine.
Study of Sacred Texts: Wisdom for the Soul Regular study of spiritual teachings, like the Bhagavad Gita or the Bible, provides timeless insights into the nature of existence. Yogananda encouraged his followers to draw strength and inspiration from sacred scriptures to stay rooted on their path.
Satsang: The Power of Spiritual Fellowship Yogananda highlighted the importance of connecting with like-minded individuals through spiritual gatherings, group meditation, and discussions. The shared energy and support of satsang foster greater focus and inspiration on the spiritual journey. “Environment is stronger than willpower”, said Yogananda.
The Transformative Benefits
Inner Peace and Clarity: Meditation and pranayama calm the mind and harmonize emotions, allowing you to experience profound peace.
Vitality and Resilience: Breath control and positive thinking strengthen your body, mind, and spirit, making you more adaptable to life’s challenges. 💫 “You have more strength than you’ll ever need to overcome any trial—because you’re a child of God.” — Paramahansa Yogananda
Divine Connection: Devotional practices and meditation open the door to experiencing divine love and guidance.

With dedication and sincerity, these practices will lead you toward inner peace, divine joy, and ultimate self-realization.
Yogananda’s Essential Teachings for Success in Life
Beyond daily spiritual practices, Yogananda offered key insights into success—both in the material world and in self-realization. Here we extract the core principles that create the greatest impact with the least wasted effort:
1. Success Begins with Energy Mastery
Yogananda taught that energy is the foundation of success—not just physical energy, but mental, emotional, and spiritual energy. His Energization Exercises train the body to absorb cosmic energy, increasing vitality, focus, and resilience. Without high energy levels, success remains out of reach.
“The greater the will, the greater the flow of energy. The greater the flow of energy, the greater the magnetism (law of attraction).” — Paramahansa Yogananda
2. The Magnetic Power of Thoughts and Intentions (Law Of Attraction)
Thoughts are living forces—they attract circumstances and shape destiny. Yogananda emphasized conscious thought control, urging students to:
Visualize success with clarity.
Affirm goals with conviction.
Cultivate unwavering faith in the desired outcome.
This magnetic principle governs both spiritual realization and material prosperity.
Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them. Mark 11:24
Jesus asked if people believed before performing miracles, as belief unlocks the flow of divine energy, while doubt blocks it.
“Between the eyebrows is the door to heaven. This center in the brain is the seat of will. When you concentrate deeply there and calmly will, whatever you are willing shall come about.” – Yogananda, Man’s Eternal Quest, p42
3. Deep Work and Concentration Over Struggle
Yogananda was a proponent of focused, deep work over exhausting struggle. He advised:
Single-minded focus on one goal at a time.
Eliminating distractions that drain willpower.
Engaging in work with joy and presence, as an act of divine service.
Efficiency in action, not just hard work, leads to the highest achievements.
4. The Science of Success: Willpower + Divine Guidance
Yogananda revealed that willpower, aligned with divine consciousness, is unstoppable. Success comes when you:
Strengthen your will through self-discipline.
Tune into inner guidance before making big decisions.
Act with faith, knowing the universe supports you.
He taught that “When you make up your mind to do something, God will send you the means.”
“When you make up your mind to do good things, you will accomplish them if you use dynamic will power to follow through. No matter what the circumstances are, if you go on trying, God will create the means by which your will shall find its proper reward.” – Yogananda
MAN IS KEPT HYPNOTIZED WITH DELUSION
You see, this world is a world of MAYA, delusion, and man is kept hypnotized with that delusion. Our mind has convinced us of so many limitations. Someone says, “I must have my coffee.” Another says,”I must have my juicy peak of steak,” and so on. It is a crazy world. I see it so clearly. But I follow the rules – as much as I want to, and then I say, “DOWN WITH RULES! IT IS THE MIND THAT RULES.” And it works.
Death was such a reality, life was such a reality, but they are no more real for me. Never was I born, though in my dreams of earth life I was born many times. And never have I died, though many times I dreamed the death of my body in this dream world. In this one incarnation I can sleep and dream that I am born in England as a powerful king. Then I die and dream I am born a devout man. And then I die again and am born as a successful lawyer. Again I die and am born as Yogananda. But they are all dreams. That is what I am saying. I used to find such pleasure in discovering my past incarnations. But that has lost its enchantment. They are just so many dreams. When I realized everything is mind stuff, and that it is God’s thought which is creating all these things, all these dreams all the time, then it had a different meaning for me. God can dissolve these dreams any time and bring them back again in better forms. But nothing is erased from the Infinite Mind; every dream is eternally imprinted there.
Delusion is so strong that it is pretty hard to believe it is delusion when you have needs and no money to meet them. It is difficult to believe that this world is MAYA when you are sick, and suffering. But when you constantly keep your mind in God, you will realize that this world is His dream.
This is why in India we don’t pay as much attention to physical healing as to the healing of the soul’s ignorance. To heal the soul of ignorance – that is, to remove the delusion that covers the soul – is the greatest of all healings, because that healing is lasting. And when you heal the soul, then you realize the body is nothing but a dream shell in which the soul resides.
~ SRI SRI PARAMAHANSA YOGANANDA,
HARMONIZING PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND SPIRITUAL METHODS OF HEALING,
THE DIVINE ROMANCE, Pg 169
5. Right Association: The Fastest Way to Transform
“You are the sum of the company you keep.” Yogananda emphasized satsang (spiritual community) and avoiding negativity. He advised:
Surrounding yourself with uplifting, high-energy people.
Seeking mentors and spiritual teachers who embody wisdom.
Guarding against negative influences that weaken your mind and resolve.
Just as iron sharpens iron, greatness is contagious.
6. Detachment and Fearlessness: The Supreme Advantage
“Yoga teaches that where God is, there is no fear, no sorrow. The successful yogi can stand unshaken midst the crash of breaking worlds”
– Paramahansa Yogananda
Yogananda taught that attachment breeds suffering, while detachment leads to power. The most successful people:
Let go of fear, knowing the soul is eternal.
Detach from results, focusing only on the effort.
Embrace change, trusting that every shift is divine will.
By cultivating a fearless, unattached mindset, you become unshakable in any challenge.
Always follow conscience: Always choose conscience over selfishness. At times, it may demand sacrifice—even blood. But this is the path of the spiritual warrior.
7. Joy as the Measure of True Success
Yogananda’s ultimate teaching: Success without joy is failure. He urged his students to:
Pursue work that brings deep fulfillment.
Balance ambition with inner peace.
Cultivate divine joy daily—through meditation, gratitude, and service.
By applying these essential teachings, one can achieve life’s highest success—spiritually and materially. Yogananda’s path shows that true success is not just external achievement, but a life radiating energy, wisdom, and divine joy.
As Yogananda said, “Make your heart a temple of love, your mind a temple of peace, and your soul a temple of God.”
Start today and transform your life into a radiant expression of your highest self.
“God will not tell you that you should desire Him above all else, because He wants your love to be freely given, without “prompting.” That is the whole secret in the game of this universe. He who created us yearns for our love.
He wants us to give it spontaneously, without His asking. Our love is the one thing God does not possess, unless we choose to bestow it. So, you see, even the Lord has something to attain: our love. And we shall never be happy until we give it.”

“NUMEROUS ARE THE SCARS I BEAR FOR DOING GOOD. And if they mattered I wouldn’t be here; I would be in the Himalayas.
But such scars are worthwhile, for they help you to grow spiritually. Only those who live the life of Christ and meet his tests find him. To them Christ comes. He would never have come to me if I had indulged in pride or anger, or if I had slapped back when others treated me unjustly.
People will treat you unjustly—that is the way of the world.”

The image of a samurai, facing insurmountable odds and casting aside their scabbard, is a timeless metaphor for commitment, focus, and victory. It’s a story that transcends cultures and eras, and it speaks to the heart of what it means to live with purpose. In a single moment, the samurai embodies a truth that Michael Abedin lived every day: when you commit fully, align with divine intent, and take inspired action, you emerge from life’s challenges with great power.
Michael Abedin, a modern-day warrior, healer, and teacher, was a shining example of living with purposeful alignment. His life was an extraordinary blend of martial arts mastery, spiritual wisdom, and creative genius, leaving an indelible impact on all who crossed his path. As the owner and editor of Austin All Natural Magazine, an 8th-generation Reiki Master Teacher, and a Fifth-Degree Kenpo Karate Black Belt, Michael epitomized the perfect balance of strength, grace, and wisdom.
The Samurai’s Mindset: Total Commitment
Michael’s philosophy mirrored that of the samurai. The act of discarding the scabbard represents total commitment to a single outcome—there is no retreat, no fallback plan, only forward movement infused with unwavering belief. This is the essence of the Law of Attraction. To manifest success, one must approach life’s challenges with clarity, intent, and confidence in the divine process.
Michael’s martial arts training taught him to combine physical readiness with mental focus and spiritual energy. His spontaneous yet calculated approach to life was akin to a samurai stepping into battle. Victory wasn’t merely about defeating an opponent; it was about embodying purpose and surrendering to the flow of divine energy that guides every inspired action.
The Law of Attraction in Action
Michael was a friend of Dr. Joe Vitale, star of the movie The Secret. As a certified teacher of the Law of Attraction under Dr. Joe Vitale’s organization, I, Sifu Matt Russo have experienced firsthand how the principles Michael lived and taught can transform lives. The Law of Attraction isn’t passive wishful thinking; it’s a call to action. Like the samurai who trusts their blade, you must trust the tools and resources the universe provides.
Clear Intent: Know your purpose. What do you want to achieve? Clarity is the foundation of manifestation.
Summon Energy: Align your thoughts and actions with your goal. Cultivate the mental, emotional, and physical energy needed to bring it to life.
Surrender to the Process: Trust that the divine will guide you. Take inspired action, knowing the outcome is already unfolding as it should.
Michael embodied these principles in every aspect of his life. Whether editing his magazine, practicing Reiki, or stepping into the dojo, he acted with force and focus, infused with the confidence that comes from knowing he was aligned with a higher purpose.
Michael’s Renaissance Spirit
Michael was a true Renaissance man. His Cherokee heritage, passion for alternative healing, and lifelong dedication to martial arts made him a unique force of nature. He wasn’t just a fighter; he was a teacher, storyteller, and mentor who inspired others to find their inner strength.
In martial arts, Michael was known for his speed, precision, and adaptability—qualities born from a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. As a Reiki Master and holistic healer, he blended this physical mastery with spiritual insight, offering others a path to self-healing and empowerment.
Lessons from Michael’s Journey
Michael’s life was a masterclass in living with intention and courage. Despite his eventual battle with cancer, he faced his challenges with the same grace and strength he exhibited in all areas of his life. His passing was a reminder that even warriors can be humbled by the mysteries of life. Yet his legacy endures, teaching us that:
Commit Fully: Whether in battle, healing, or life, don’t hold back. Burn the bridges of doubt and hesitation.
Align with Spirit: Trust the divine process, and know that the universe provides exactly what you need.
Take Inspired Action: Manifestation requires movement. Follow the signs, trust your intuition, and act with courage.
The Legacy of a Warrior, Healer, and Teacher
Michael Abedin’s life serves as a powerful reminder that we are all capable of greatness when we act with purpose, force, and focus. His samurai-like commitment to victory and his mastery of the Law of Attraction continue to inspire those of us who seek to live with intention and manifest our highest potential.
As I reflect on my own journey as a master martial artist and Raja Yogi in the lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda, I see the parallels between Michael’s teachings and the timeless wisdom of the great sages. True mastery lies in integrating the physical, mental, and spiritual realms into a harmonious whole.
Let Michael’s story be a beacon for all who dare to face life’s challenges head-on. Cast aside your scabbard, commit fully, and trust that the universe will guide you to victory.
May we all live with the courage, creativity, and commitment that defined Michael Abedin’s remarkable life.

What if I told you that the universe is not just a chaotic swirl of matter and forces, but rather a dream of the Divine—a living, conscious creation composed of intelligent energy? This energy, known by names like chi, prana, or the Divine Feminine, is not only the foundation of all existence but also the essence of you. The realization of this truth could shatter the illusion that we are powerless beings at the mercy of circumstances. Instead, it reveals that we are creators, empowered by the very energy of life itself.
The Universe: A Conscious Dream
Great thinkers across disciplines have pointed to an astounding idea: the universe itself is conscious. From the ancient sages to modern scientists, the message is clear—mind and intelligence existed before matter. The Big Bang did not mark the beginning of creation but rather the unfolding of a supremely intelligent consciousness.
Martin Stephen Hawley, in You Are Gods, argues that this energy is alive and aware, a dream of God that has manifested into the physical realm. Physicist Stephen Meyer supports this notion by pointing to the staggering complexity of DNA, which contains functional information so intricate that it could not have arisen by mere chance in the time since the Earth’s formation.
Einstein’s famous equation, E=mc2, shows us that everything is energy. But this is more than a scientific fact; it’s a spiritual revelation. Ancient wisdom has known this for millennia, referring to this energy as Shakti or the Divine Feminine, the cosmic force that sustains all creation.
The Yin, Yang, and Tao of Existence
Energy flows in duality—yin and yang, feminine and masculine, light and shadow. This interplay creates the Tao, the structure of reality. But here’s the profound secret: this energy isn’t separate from you. You are made of it.
The ancient masters have always pointed us inward. Jesus declared, “Ye are gods.” Buddhism teaches, “Look within; you are the Buddha.” Lao Tzu revealed, “The Tao is within you. Use it.” Hinduism reminds us, “Tat Tvam Asi” (Thou art That). Rumi beautifully encapsulated this truth: “You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.”
These are not metaphors; they are literal truths. You are the conscious energy of the universe, endowed with the power to create and shape reality.
Your Thoughts Are Energy
Thoughts are not just fleeting ideas in your mind; they are vibrations of energy. Napoleon Hill author of Think and Grow Rich taught us that “thoughts are things,” and Yogananda an enlightened Guru emphasized that “thoughts become reality.” The mind is a broadcasting machine, sending out energetic signals that influence the world around you.
Every thought you think, every emotion you feel, contributes to the energetic blueprint of your reality. Negative thoughts drain this energy, while positive thoughts amplify it. This is the essence of the Law of Attraction: what you focus on expands. Your repeated thoughts and intentions generate chi or prana, magnetizing opportunities, circumstances, and people into your life.
Harnessing Energy Through Action
But manifestation isn’t just about thinking or dreaming. It requires inspired action. When you align your actions with your intentions, you tap into the creative power of the universe. This is how masters align their will with divine will, achieving goals with ease and mastery.
Yogananda taught: “When you make up your mind to do good things, you will accomplish them if you use dynamic willpower to follow through. No matter what the circumstances are, if you go on trying, God will create the means by which your will shall find its proper reward.”
The universe responds to those who seize opportunities, take inspired action, and trust the process. It’s not enough to sit and wait—you must act when inspiration strikes, when coincidences unfold, and when the door opens.
Practical Applications of Energy Science
For those seeking to harness this energy, practices like pranayama and qigong offer direct methods of gathering and focusing it. These ancient techniques teach you to feel, sense, and control chi energy, using it for purposes ranging from health and martial power to amplifying your manifestations.
But this energy is also cultivated through your thoughts, intentions, and virtues. RAT Synthesis Mind Energetics™ combines MIND-INTENT, ENERGY, and VIRTUE, providing a framework for aligning actions with intentions to master your reality.
Break Free From the Matrix
We live in a world designed to keep us small, to blind us to the truth of our power. Dysfunctional society and its propaganda machine perpetuate the myth of our limitations to maintain control. But the truth is revolutionary: you are energy, you are powerful, and you are the creator of your destiny.
You have the ability to break free from this matrix. By mastering your thoughts, aligning your energy, and taking inspired action, you can transcend the victim mentality and unlock your true potential.

How can Sifu Matt Russo, a martial arts master and expert in the art of violence, write about this? Because I am also a raja yogi spiritual scholar-warrior, and I understand that in the material realm, boundaries exist. Light and dark exist. There are moments when life may force you into situations where action is required. In these instances, one must choose the lesser of two evils: either engage in the fight and triumph or submit and face dire consequences. With this understanding, I confront these challenges with both spiritual wisdom and martial expertise, knowing that true strength lies not only in physical mastery but also in the discernment of when to fight and when to seek peace. Only engage in physical violence when you are forced to do so to protect oneself and others but not for egotistical reasons.
Love: The Cosmic Law and the Path to Healing
Love is the fundamental force of the universe—this truth transcends time, culture, and religious tradition. Whether spoken through the lips of Jesus Christ, Buddha, or Lao Tzu, the message is clear: Love is the way to peace, healing, and ultimate liberation from the cycles of suffering. It is not just a moral directive but a universal law—an energy that transcends and transforms all that it touches. In a world increasingly defined by division, fear, and anger, this ancient wisdom offers us the key to healing, both within and without.
The Cosmic Law of Love
The universe operates according to certain laws—laws that govern energy, matter, and consciousness. One of these is the Law of Attraction, which asserts that like attracts like. If you send out negative energy (chi)—be it through anger, hatred, or fear—that is the energy you will attract. It creates a cycle that perpetuates more negativity, binding you to a lower vibrational frequency. On the other hand, when you respond to negativity with love, compassion, and peace, you raise your own vibration and begin to dissolve the darkness around you.
Love is the highest vibration in the universe. It is the essence of creation, the very force that holds everything together. When we respond to hate with love, we align ourselves with the divine, and we begin to transmute that which was negative into something pure and healing. This is the alchemy of energy, a sacred transformation that turns lead into gold, darkness into light.
Responding with Love: The Ultimate Protection
When faced with anger, malice, or negativity—whether directed at you or from within your own heart—remember that energy follows intent. When someone directs negative energy towards you, they are caught in a spell, a form of temporary insanity, and they are not only projecting their internal turmoil but also testing your ability to rise above it. To meet this aggression with fear, anger, or resistance is to engage in the same low-vibrational energy they are sending out. This only feeds the conflict, strengthening the cycle of negativity.
But when you respond with love, compassion, and understanding, you break that cycle. You raise your energy above the lower vibrations, effectively neutralizing and transmuting the negative energy. Just as water extinguishes fire, love quashes hatred. And in this process, you do not just protect yourself from harm—you also offer healing to the aggressor, dissolving their pain with the light of your compassion.
This teaching is not just a moral directive. It is a spiritual practice that transforms your inner world, your energy, and by extension, your outer reality.
The Divine Command to Love and Forgive: A Universal Truth
Jesus Christ, one of the greatest spiritual luminaries in history, taught us that love is the answer to every conflict. In his Sermon on the Mount, Jesus boldly proclaimed, “Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who persecute you” (Matthew 5:44). This radical teaching transcends simple morality; it is a method of energetic transmutation. By blessing those who harm you, you protect yourself and dissolve their negativity, raising both yourself and them to a higher vibrational state.
In the face of violence, Jesus’ words offer a path of peace. He demonstrated this through his own life, even when he was crucified, asking God to “forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing” (Luke 23:34). His ability to transcend hatred with love and forgiveness set the stage for the ultimate alchemical transformation—the reconciliation of humanity with the Divine.
Buddha, too, spoke of the transformative power of love. In the Dhammapada, he wrote, “Hatred does not cease by hatred, but only by love. This is the eternal rule.” For Buddha, love and compassion were not merely virtues to aspire to, but the very foundation of the path to enlightenment. The practice of Metta, or loving-kindness, teaches us to wish happiness and peace upon all beings, regardless of their actions.
Lao Tzu, the great sage of Taoism, similarly emphasized love and compassion as the path to harmony with the Tao, or the natural order of the universe. He spoke of “deep love” as one of the essential treasures to be guarded and cultivated. Through love, Lao Tzu taught, we align ourselves with the natural flow of life and create peace both within and around us.
The Boomerang Effect
The law of karma is clear: the energy you send out returns to you, whether it be positive or negative. In this sense, every thought, word, and action becomes a seed that you plant in the universe. When you respond to negativity with love, you are not only healing the moment but also sowing seeds of love that will grow and return to you in abundance. The more love you give, the more love you receive. This is the divine reciprocity that governs all creation.
When you meet aggression with love, you disrupt the cycle of violence and hatred. Instead of perpetuating the conflict, you offer the world a higher frequency—one of peace, compassion, and divine grace. Through this simple, yet profound practice, you can transmute any situation, no matter how dark, into an opportunity for growth, healing, and transformation.
Love as the Path to Freedom
The act of loving and forgiving is not simply a moral imperative—it is the key to spiritual freedom. By loving and forgiving those who harm you, you release yourself from the chains of anger, fear, and resentment. These negative emotions bind you to the past, preventing you from fully embracing the present moment. By choosing love, you free yourself from these limitations and allow yourself to step into the flow of divine grace.
Love is not just an emotion; it is a choice, a conscious decision to align with the highest vibrations of the universe. It is through love that we find healing, transcend suffering, and create a world of peace and harmony. As you practice love and forgiveness, you not only elevate your own soul but also contribute to the healing of the world around you.
The Power of Blessing: Transmuting Negativity with Love
When faced with negative energy (chi)—whether from another person or from within yourself—the act of blessing with love becomes a powerful tool for transmutation. As Master Choa Kok Sui explains in Practical Psychic Self-Defense for Home and Office, when you bless someone with love and good intentions, you repel and transmute the negative energy directed towards you. This not only neutralizes the negative energy but also helps transmute it into calmness and understanding, preventing the psychic boomerang effect. By blessing those who curse you, you follow the teachings of Jesus and Buddha, transforming curses into opportunities for healing, both for you and the aggressor. Hatred begets hatred, but love begets love, and in this way, you break the cycle of negativity.
Conclusion
In the end, the divine command to love and forgive is not just a spiritual teaching—it is the very foundation of the universe. It is the energy that holds the cosmos together, and by aligning ourselves with it, we become co-creators of a world filled with peace, love, and light. So, embrace love in all its forms, forgive those who wrong you, and watch as your life transforms in ways you never thought possible.
The universe is waiting for you to remember this truth: Love is the way, the truth, and the life.
